have you opened the port in your firewalls?

try this. to any one having hard time synching. use a port between 9000-9999

make sure that port is not being used by an other coin wallet currently open.

edit: i mean you can either try to open the port via your firewall (port-forwarding). or you can use .cong file to set a port bellow 10000. maybe even below 9800. i think some windows firewalls or antivirus automatically block ports above that. Thus use ones that they do not automatically block. do not use anything bellow 8000 as it is probably reserved for hardware or other defaults.

this could help. but it could not. I noticed when i put ports above 10000 i get blocked and i have to manually instruct(for other things non related to NAV)

Manual Coin Swap

Dear Nav Community,

Some update on our progress over the last week. The Bittrex Coin Swap went very smoothly. No reported problems from Bittrex, they were happy with how it went and the new block chain appears to be functioning perfectly. In the end we had 47.5 Million coins swapped out of a total of 59 Million! That's a pretty high percentage for the first stage of the swap as we can all agree. We published to as many crypto news sources as we could and we think the word got spread quite well! Thanks for your help spreading the word via social media etc over the last few weeks! We will keep you updated on this figure as the manual swap comes to a close. I would guess that once Poloniex switches over and some of the late comers swap their coins the amount left will be pretty close to the amount we believe is tied up in the dead exchanges.

At this stage we are looking to have the manual swap open for 1 month since we have some delays with Poloniex but we will confirm this. We may even extend it further to make sure no one misses out!

I have modified a version of the old wallet to allow the input of a Nav 2.0 address where we send the new coins to. I have also programmed a NodeJS server to perform the coin swap. This is actually the backbone of what I am porting the anonymous network to use, so this code also counts towards some percentage of the decentralisation work!

It's pretty simple, all you need is the latest version of the old Nav Wallet which I've uploaded, a Nav 2.0 wallet address and our swap address which is posted in the instructions.

47.5 Million coins swapped out of a total of 59 Million!

Leaving 11.1 million to be manually swapped -

The Auto swap occurred around 7th June as above with great success - adding a Month gives us a Deadline of 7th of July

Can we get Polo situation and/or Deadline date announced to the NAV Community would be great.

We have to assume Cryptsy coins are part of that 11mln (I hope) so basically 6 mln or so unswapped that's pretty good.
(I'm really happy about locking out the Cryptsy coins so their not hanging over our heads ready to drop the second Mr Vern sees fit to dump them.)

I downloaded windows wallet new NAV 2.0 version 3.5 name file: NavCoin_3.5.0_Windows_Wallet  from your website: http://www.navcoin.org/downloads
Download yourself and you see in wallet navcoin.conf inside this:

So I copy this conf to appdata->roaming like usual. In roaming wallet maked folder: NavCoin2 so I copy this config there.
BUT without config not working and with config not working.
I change port to 9500 like other person sugestion but not help.
And I dont know why "rpcallowip=* "   what is *   I put here from old nav conf 127.0.0.1 but not help too.
If something wrong with this config correct them because is on download on website.
I add again ALL your config and tell after work or not.

with this conf I have 1 active connection to nethwork and not started yet synchro but I just turn on wallet with this conf so maybe need some more time (minutes) to more connection and synchronise.
I tell soon if full work.

So I dont know if I am only have this strenght issue or its something with wallet.

Anyway with 4 connection to nethwork I download only 5 weeks blockchain (from 9 weeks) and already stuck some time and no go forward.
And like usual older windows wallet sometimes wallet dont response (dont know english words I have other language windows).

Now is 3 weeks behind so some progress is but still very slow synchronize and only 4 connection.

Can you checking is all ok with this windows wallet ? I have common and very popular Windows 7 and so many troubles with one wallet.

Save the wallet, remove all traces of the rest of the program, download the correct wallet, and reinstall.
