Hello everyone I've heard and read some good things about NAV in the last 2 days, and I also heard that making stacks is gaining. You can explain me how and how much you earn for year. 1174 pages are really too many Is the portfolio always open? Thank you

Slightly more if you account for compounding. Judging from my own experience as a long time holder of significant amounts (100000+) I'd say the staking gains are quite accurate

I'm only at my first week waiting, guess I have to lower my expectations even more. Or worse give up that Polo will never answer the tickets I filled or get my nav coins back.

can't the admins at least warn its nav followers and users to keep away from Poloniex for now? Cause I can see Polo likes to think everything is damn fine cause they aren't apprehended about it or didn't read our damn tickets w/c is BS.

I'm only at my first week waiting, guess I have to lower my expectations even more. Or worse give up that Polo will never answer the tickets I filled or get my nav coins back. You WILL get them back... eventually, but it takes them to have to go in manually and credit you. Why on earth they don't have an automated "flush" on all coins that looks at whats come in and gone out, notice there is a difference and alert an admin is beyond me. I know of no other company on the planet that treats its customers so badly and thinks that 45 days is "ok" in this day and age to even answer a ticket - yes there are people still waiting for tickets to be read after 45 days even now! To reiterate the problem is NOT Nav it is POLONIEX. And not just Nav. They harp on about how the secc has them doing this that and the other but they don't audit themselves. Tristan (Owner) earns too much money from doing nothing these days and will just sell Polo off eventually. Why hire more staff that effects his profits when he can take down all forms of communication (notice the troll box has gone?) not have a phone number and ignore all support emails? There is nothing you can do - believe me I have tried. You just have to wait.

Yes you need wallet open to stake. You earn 5% per year. Slightly more if you account for compounding.
Does that mean there is no maximum limit to the number of Nav coins that can exist? Is there any way to burn the coins?

Does that mean there is no maximum limit to the number of Nav coins that can exist? Is there any way to burn the coins? You can always burn coins if you want by sending them to an address nobody can access. That is true for all cryptos. The 5% is the maximum if all coins staked. So burned coins or offline wallets would not stake. In reality inflation is maybe half of that 5% Even so, I believe there is no theoretical upper limit, but even with maximum staking of 5% every year, it would take 10 years from now before we reach 100m coins, and then another 10 for 200m total. In practice, about double the time for the same amount of total coins

In practice, about double the time for the same amount of total coins So if you stake there is no inflation for you. You will make 5% annually while supply only grows with 3%. This means there is actually deflation for you as a staker. Staking gets rewarded with coins and secures the network!

I think NAV has a lot going for it.
However, I think the graphic design of NAV looks dated and somewhat dorky. To me it looks behind the times, but not in a hip retro way like Digibyte's logo. I personally wouldn't wear anything with the NAV logo I can only imagine how uncool it must appear to teenagers.
In my opinion the whole presentation of the coin needs a top-down reworking by a top designer.

Don't agree at all, personally love the simplicity and colour scheme, i think it is future proof and great. NAV is using very modern graphics, relevant today in front end development. ( startup style ), Purple / Pink / Gradient... Would actually love to wear a Nav t-shirt and think that, Cool tech oriented people would do too.
