we are working on 'stuff' as we are two totally different teams, we are attempting to work together, give us some grace for this.

please stand by for more announcements within the time frame, we might have something for Monday.

a NDA is in effect.

might be reinstated after Monday announce, which may only include our proposed 'roster'.

Great to hear ! Looking forward to watching this grow and hopefully both visions can be worked on together. After monday, perhaps a new thread should be started so the first page could accurately reflect the new versioning of shield

We have a basic plan set, we are aware of the need for a new topic, but not yet as we finalize at least our announcement.

PetATL and I will be having a meeting today, we will be able to resolute some topics we have.

Our direction as a team currently to attempt to do something different than any other coin.

our regards

Wow! Pretty exciting stuff. Hope to know more when the time is right. I'm in. Not sure how I may help, but I do have the ability to donate. Glad to see that you guys will be able to work together. This new incarnation of shield has the makings to be something special.

there is a possibility that due to higher than normal traffic on the coin as of late the block-chain is all backed up, one of the first things on agenda will be to add more nodes.

We have started a relaunch thread, it can be found here:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=783914.0

It's currently UN-locked.  Please understand that Petatl and I have both real things envisioned, we both are trying to work two teams together.

We also need help in many areas of coin development.  If you are insistent on being able to offer your skills please contact on the director email in the relaunch thread.

There is much to discuss and we are working on it, our goal is to have a weekly update on the progress of our team development, that is simply getting the team together,
and organizing our tasks.  Our outlook and time frame road map is reasonable but undecided.  We have a few ideas that we would like to share after we establish goals on
a few other concerns we have.

Nice, this is a good starts. Thanks guys.
Just one question..Why didnt you use your full member account to post the thread? Newbie accounts get a lot of fud.

EDIT: Some more questions...

1. Once you get your NDA with your developers, can you and PETatl do a Proof of Developer with cryptoasian? Its free, and it will bring more investors to Shld. You guys keep dodging this question.

2. When you say "we also need help in many areas of coin development"...can you specify what you need help with and include it in the OP, because I can try to get developers from existing coins to help? Can you also specify what your developers will be working on?

I tell you true...
problem with my prommramers is, when they create something (because they are now checking codes of many other wallets) there is not 100% they will implement it to Shieldcoin, because they can use it on other dieing coin or create their own coin, but I will do everything to convince them to implement it to Shieldcoin but i tell you allready they have 4000$/per month salary for their work, so they dont need few bucks and I just own now few thousand of shieldcoin and i dont know if I can satisfy them, but I will do my best (that why I ask for some donation, but I must probably take care of it....) , because I think this name of coin and spec. is very unique...
But I try to send Proof of Developer if they accept that......

I can do just promotion, technical support or helpdesk :-)) like create nodes, learn how to backup
wallet, create easy webpage http://shieldcoin.weebly.com  :-)) and I do it in my free time, because I dont want Sheildcoin to die....:-)))

I believe gnomegawd have better situation and plan then me..

See you...in future :-)))

just an estimate we will be a few weeks to get the dev team together, and their identities to work in our team.

Why are we using a newbie account to the topic admin?

We have two project managers, so we need to share, there is also more to this but let us please get our stuff organized before we can really show our commitment.

I felt the need to at least create the topic as the community was demanding it, next we will really revamp the www site, and then logo / coin emblem.

Our road map is that of re-launching, we give you this news, and will continue to update you with the progress of the development of forming our team together.

thank you for the support !

A LITTLE news Here :::

programmers are now looking over the code on my side of the team, I know that PetATL, coders have been already looking at it for a few weeks.

I am aware their is something up with the wallet, we will need to fix this first it's hit our top priority list.

I am in basic contact with the old dev, we hope to obtain the original git hub, if not we will simply fork to fix the changes.

A fork at this point will not endanger the coin.

today's tasks included:

- contacted cryptoasian about pod
- main programmer verifies code on git
- admin meeting was conducted
- wallet fix eminent, nodes coming
- irc established
- wallet graphics addressed
- coding staff certifications addressed

This is the short version.

We are awaiting the following:

- word back from the wallet maintenance repair man
- word back from PoD
- word from web dev
- staff meeting

So... am I giving to much info? Would you like the short version always?

--- " we are working on it... " ?

Suggestions help...
