But I'm in touch with two of them and I know for sure (they provided me proofs) they played a bit of cashgame (and earned some rewards points) but nothing showed up in my reports.

I think what betcoin had meant is that when you total the rewards, it will add up to 25% worth of rakeback.  There is a reward section where u convert points to chips.  I am still confirming things with betcoin currently.

It was only 1 session of fixed limit 3/6 in which I got the 100 chips in rewards points, albeit the session was 3 hours.  Fixed limit in general see more flops, which was how i accumulated so many points.  I also receive a lot more chips from rakeback.
