Certain people have reported software not working. I know that certain antiviruses/firewalls have caused problems. Avast in particular has been known to cause problems at times.

That's annoying but it does make sense as they have to license the MTT/SNG feed from WPN.  I just wish this stuff was explained before the fact so that so many people (me included) didn't get upset over incorrect payments.

But, 25% > 0 and it's on top of the on-site VIP program so I can't really hate on it.  I've only been working with Xiaoxiao for a couple of weeks, but he's been professional and paid timely the whole way.  If you have an account and don't have an affiliate, you should def email support and get switched over, the whole process was very easy.
