The idea is that everybody can claim as many times as they want.

If somebody invests more time, they can get more coins.

So there's nothing to prevent people from claiming several times.

(Anyway, systems than try to prevent that only make things unfair because
some people know how to bypass that control and others don't.)

I´m using Google Chrome, are you having trouble in wich captcha?
