Cryptsy has been experiencing wallet w/d issue(s) for well over a month now.  People only intermittently reporting successful withdrawal's (I had one just two days ago but for trivial amount) and no ETA as to when it will be resolved.  Not unusual for Cryptsy to constantly have wallet issue(s), but sustained across the board w/d issues for just about everybody for so long is disconcerting to say the least.

Over a month now? We are always suffering with w/d issues on craptsy.
Even jl777 was suffering 16 months ago.
Look at the date

They are not stupid enough to send BTCD as their wallet is fat and they get a nice 5% by staking.

Can we request that BTCD be delisted from Cryptsy? I think major coins should start doing this. Not that they'd listen anyway.

Not a bad idea. My last BTC withdrawal got stuck for 4 days and I still have a BTCD withdrawal pending over six days now.

Nice thought. This might help the coin too.
Of course this should not have any impact on people who still have their coins in Cryptsy, either forgotten there or still pending withdrawals.

I think we should ask for a poll.

You should post your question into the German section of this board or ask it in English.

You are probably use a list of outdated nodes.

I thought restarting the computer might fix something, but, it didn't. It was last restarted 10 days ago.
I think I will go for the redownload. I Will try to find which country has the best nodes and use a VPN so I will download the blockchain faster.

not that I'd want to praise google in any way- but what would be your reasons to not use chrome?

all browsers are trash, IMO, so why put chrome on the bottom of the list?

been waiting for an alternative, but they all have severe deficits.

maybe opera deserves another look after 10+ years, and maybe vivaldi could be ok, but as a platform, chrome gets its job done...

I am avoiding google as much as I can.
I have an android phone just for some apps. I have never placed my sim card inside, never used it to check my emails etc.
Google is trying to get as much private information as it can from users.
With an android phone google has access to your position, your email, text messages, calls, your credit card, etc.
They have even agreed that even your voice while you are not even using the phone can go to their servers (if you use apps to communicate with your phone with your voice)
I just do not trust google. That's it! Cheesy
And one thing I didn't like is the decision to use BTCD with chrome.

agreed.

especially super filthy: the thing with the activating the microphnoes and routing everything to their servers.

Hey- I do not even own an Android device, and never have. If it must be such a 'smart'phone or mobile device, I'd be giving Sailfish a try.

I amusing chrome on Ubuntu, and I don't trust it very much either. The only reason to do that is that it is less bloated than Firefox.

But for mass adoption of BTCD/SuperNET, a standalone chrome app is a good option, because accessing the gigantic user base is a major achievement.

And for the tech and privacy aware, I am fairly sure that a standalone Iguana without chrome is also available- which I will be using for sure, instead of a chrome app...
