don't know if that's right or not, but as many forks a coin has, there are that many issues it has to fix.

Well the developers are now concentrating on KMD, and have invited holders of BTCD to swap them for KMD over a period of one year, which is now over. So yeah, for now, it's pretty much abandoned, and this has been the case for quite sometime, and imo enough communication has been done about it.

If true, it will not be long BTCD will become Dust flying.

I Think BTCD is dead. You can import your private Key into the agama Wallet and you will recieve the same amount in REVs Coin. But i dont know what to do with

Before the swap deadline the BTCD blockchain was stuck and the devs unblocked it for the last swappers to be able to transfer their BTCD. I'm afraid it got stuck again after that (I'm just assuming). Did you transfer your BTCD recently? From an exchange?

Yes it is true and I am still puzzled why poloniex still maintains BTCD, whereas many tokens are made from 2017 until now, poloniex should be able to see all that.
