Thanks to BTCDdev, the error -22 was solved in a few minutes! its nice to have someone who is able to deal with C++ code, I really am not so good with C++. I think the integration of libj777 will go quite smoothly without some barbarian like me blundering through the C++ code. We have the RPC enhancements defined and this will allow not only the QT dev to invoke any of my core API, but also any user could from the debug console.

Anyway, the change will require some fundamental changes to the coin protocol and i think this will be a pretty significant barrier for any existing coin to try to get Teleport directly. We basically have to make Teleport enabling changes to the inner core of BTCD. Any other coin that does that basically admits Teleport is the right solution and then the obvious conclusion for users is to just use the original Teleport coin. This combined with the clone disruptor/disintegrator should give us quite some time before we get copy cats. Another big disincentive for the clones is that they give up any revenue sharing from the biggest realtime decentralized exchange and who would use a clone's network when it has so few bid/asks on anything? In addition to the tech, the network and userbase will be a competitive barrier.

Another update

I was able to successfully create a 6-of-6 multisig BTCD address and sign/send a transaction from it to a standard BTCD address. The limit in other coins is 3-of-3. This development is important for teleport and everything btcd is working toward.

etherium is sucking millions of dollars out of crypto and this is why almost all the top cryptos are in the red, with BTCD being one of the few exceptions. Maybe people realize the Turing completeness of tradebots?

Anyway, if you are getting so worked up over +/- 20% changes in price, maybe you have too much money in the market? You should be able sleep without any worries and just ignore the day to day randomness. The key is that week by week, month by month this randomness will be around higher and higher levels. At least that's the plan and if the market likes the software I deliver, I see no reason why we wont zigzag higher and higher

Since then LTC was dropping.
For over a week I was thinking to change them to btcd. Today I was frustrated by LTC-BTC and panic sold at low and bought btcd at peak

With 5% staking + any price gains + InstantDEX and Teleport dividends, and a $3 mil marketcap, some whales seem to be liking the double digit profit margin that is very likely and the potential for a bit of upside on the marketcap.
BTCD set some mining records with 3 petahash, I aim to make it set some records as far as marketcap increases. Hard to believe but when I discovered BTCD it had $100K marketcap, so a lot of people are thinking "that BTCD is up 30x so its time it should be coming down"

Well if BTCD was just a clone of something else, then that makes sense. BTCD aint no clone! BTCD vaporizes clones

LTC has been dead coin walking for a while. Condolences for your loss. At least you are in the right place now
ignore the ups and downs until something fundamental changes, eg. black helicopters get me, unless something like that happens BTCD will keep getting more and more tech. I have 40,000 lines of code ready to be integrated in and another 50,000 lines waiting in the wings, actually a lot more but most of it I improved and no need for the second best versions of stuff

But still hodling this coin and buy some more when price is a little bit lower for short periods. This coin will be stable between 0.01-0.05 btc without problems. So short time traders will also have the chance to be winning long time investors.

as for the new forum, it could be a nice idea as this will improve SEO for the coin.
We should not give up posting to the coin forum of bitcointalk as this will increase the aware of others who might still don't know.
Also, a multilingual website will help wonders. Moreover if there is any possibility for a fiat - btcd platform . . . could be a nice idea but, I don't know the risks of it.

unfortunately going the other way is far more difficult, not that the -> direction was easy

Oh, I just got an authentication expert (HumanFractal) to be working on BTCD trezor support, so hopefully we will have that on the list of BTCD features next month
