proof that is real business?
Fuds?

loved your work with CoffeeCoin and Spaetacus Coin article great work. some will say scam here, and some wont.  theres a lot of reading involved to figure out an indefinite answer.  so far no one has proven its a scam, but theres no evidence a ship filled with urea paid for in uro is on its way to india either. all we can do is trust the players or distrust them. I'll be very pleased to finally find out they have been truthful 100%. and if its an elaborate scam then golf clap for the depth and commitment

The contract with IPL should be proof enough. If Rivaa fails to execute, they will face tremendous consequences. The urea is real enough. Question is, how do we, the community, profit from this deal?

you profit by buying now.. once its proven 100% the only thing to do will be use it as a hedge against BTC outside fiat, or ride the annual swings in prices like a real futures or commodities trader.  the problem with buying now is either your convinced or your not at this time.  its definitely one of the higher risk investments, and with its potential payout no wonder its such high risk.  if everyone here trusted the uro foundation but were just slightly unsure the price would be .2BTC now. anyways as i said buying uro is a risk that wont be solved overnight. be a part of it or gain and lose as normal playing any other altcoin

Something just crossed my mind. By cutting out the commodity exchanges URO gets rid of one important feature - the escrow service. I don't care how legit a company is but shit happens all the time even to the best of us. So, I wouldn't trust anyone with some $4M worth of my money until I can see the goods. That's why commodity exchanges operate first and foremost as escrow services. Is an escrow service for URO being planned?
blockcypher will allow multi sig wallet = escrow
But still there's a need for a trusted entity that would release the funds upon certifying the delivery of goods. I mean anything can happen like an earthquake or a civil war. In this case the seller wouldn't be able to deliver. It's even listed in the boilerplate contract attached to the URO Protocol. While a disaster is too bad for the seller, the buyer would probably want the money back. What guarantees he/she will have?

to everyone who thinks uro is a scam, here is the one question that convinced me. What is the motivation behind this coin, the incentive to actually use it? no cryptocoin can be of any real value unless it is useful to either a broad section of society, or to a niche business where it serves as both a viable and superior alternative to fiat currencies. Otherwise you just may as well write a check, or swipe a debit card. sure the transaction fees are lower, but if you are spending 20 bucks at a time, it doesn't matter to you. The speed of supersend and the various additions to the anonymous coins of privacy features are prime examples of trying to create a perceived incentive to use them. Until you can pay for basic needs such as food, clothing, shelter, and beer,  cryptocoins are just  a video game. it's like playing an online casino using a random nunber generator. This coin was engineered for a specific purpose, and is the first of it's kind. Follow the money from there, and always ask, who benefits? where is the advantage for them? This is how I was able to gain the breadth of knowledge necessary to come to a coherent theory. If there are any lies here, it is lying by omission. It's what they don't say that will make or break YOU. Now is the time to hold, in my opinion. just watch carefully for any information released, because they will tell you only what they want you to know. It's not setup to scam you, but it's not made for your benefit either. You have to find the opportunity for yourselves.

UROCOIN IS NOT A SCAM TO AQUIRE BITCOIN FROM YOU.

isnt this what multi signature would do? both parties agree, funds are put into an escrow address, then once they buyer agrees he got what was agreed on funds are released. ive never used multi sig so someone with actual knowledge please chime in, i imagine if you use multi sig and dont want to approve the transaction the original coin owner gets it back?

UROCOIN IS NOT A SCAM TO AQUIRE BITCOIN FROM YOU.

This is the key point here.  You're not going to get the proof you want because no one cares that you want it. The coin will succeed or fail, and it will have nothing to do with you.

If you're reading this, you're not who this coin is made for. You merely have an opportunity to speculate on making money with it, or not, as you choose. Ultimately what you believe about the coin is irrelevant to the coin itself.

The buyer will still be liable to provide the goods and may be sued for the full amount of the contract plus court costs, fees, and penalties. This is why shipments are insured. If insured, the insurance company may provide full or partial restitution to the injured party. There are no real guarantees in anything. There is only a system in place to react to circumstances in what is generally accepted by society as a "FAIR" manner. The law can give me a fair trial, but the law in and of itself cannot stop me from killing someone. Only my own judgement and restraint can do that. Rational thought wins every time.

The coin has ALREADY  succeeded. It has accomplished the purpose for which it was created as soon as the contract was secured from IPL.(If it has been) THIS IS MY OPINION. IT IS NOT A CONFIRMED FACT.

First of all, miltisignature means that it takes 2 or more digital signatures to release the funds. The funds aren't going to release themselves when the shipment arrives. It takes a 3rd party to certify the facts and relese the funds. Let's say I'm a buyer and I bought something from you. The way things are happening now I've already transferred URO to you (read URO Protocol). You ship it to me but I don't like it or you don't ship it to me. What contemporary court would even consider dealing with a URO-based contract? Now, when there's an escrow service it can see whether the product had been shipped or not. The blockchain won't do that. It takes a living (hopefully honest) human being to do that. That escrow agent would act as a judge of sorts. In real estate title companies take care of that, in CEX the exchange itself. Yet, the boilerplate attached to the URO protocol says "URO first, urea whenever". If this stuff it for real I'm thinking about providing such services... at least hypothetically.

@hobopete very good question i must say

Thank you. here is the answer to that question.
STOP BEING A TOOL FOR THEM.
THEY WILL EXPLOIT YOUR GREED AND INSECURITY TO ADVANCE THEIR PROFITS. MAKE THEM PAY THEIR FAIR SHARE.
UROCOIN IS NOT A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR BITCOIN. IT IS A SMALL PART OF A MUCH LARGER SCHEME. GETTING THE COIN CHEAP IS ONLY A BONUS. STOP SELLING AND YOU'LL SEE. THEY ARE CREATING, STEP BY STEP, A MICRO-ECONOMY BASED ON THIS COIN, SPECIFIC TO THE INDUSTRY.

I'M TRYING TO UNIONIZE YOU AND GET YOU FAIR PAY HERE.
GIVE IT A TRY.

What contemporary court would even consider dealing with a URO-based contract?
The nature of the consideration is of no consequence to the execution of the contract. This is why the phrase "for 10 dollars, and other good and valuable consideration" is still in use on deeds for multimillion  dollar real estate deals in the U. S. In fact, that very same phrase is used on the transfer document of the deed to my house when you access the file at the assessor's office. The court decisions regarding the validity of cryptocurrencies will mainly deal with taxation. Under contract law, valued consideration is anything you agree to in the contract.

(Interesting Read, clears up some of the questions) BITCOINIST.NET
Mr Armaan Chandnani Interview with Urocoin Dev. Team 28JULY2014

Interview with URO Developers

1. What was the reason for creating a currency based on urea in the first place?
A: the Urea industry is facing increasing inefficiencies with the trading process, particularly in the time and effort required to organize all the financial instruments traditionally used. We saw a way to improve upon the status quo via decentralized payment technology. On the other hand, since we are making a currency, we also wanted to make one that has a more a stable and intrinsic value over the longer term (5 years+) than the existing variants on the market. Recently, our theories on Urocoin have been validated in a University research paper:

Stormie made an excellent point here, that much of the trading is being done by bots. I defer to her experience, as trading is not my forte. every time you sell for a lower price, the buy orders go a few points lower. this is the one coin out there where you can place ridiculously high sell orders, and they will fill. THIS COIN WAS CREATED FOR A PURPOSE. WHEN YOU PUMP, YOU ARE NOT CREATING BAGHOLDERS, BUT SELLING IT TO A CORPORATE ENTITY WHO WILL PROFIT ENORMOUSLY FROM IT. JUST PUMP IT. MAKE THEM PAY. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE FROM TRYING THIS EXPERIMENT. THERE IS ENOUGH INFORMATION OUT THERE TO STEER TRADERS AWAY. IF THE TRADERS AREN'T BUYING, WHO IS? THE CORPORATIONS. DO YOU NOTICE THE DEVS HAVEN'T CORRECTED OR CONFIRMED ANY OF MY POSTS EVEN THOUGH THEY SUPPORT THE VALIDITY OF UROCOIN? APPARENTLY THEY ARE SATISFIED WITH THE CURRENT STATE OF THE MARKET. THE LONGER THE MARKET TAKES TO DEVELOP, THE LESS THEY HAVE TO INVEST IN THIS PROJECT. YOU'RE HELPING THEM BRING THIS IN UNDER BUDGET.
a SLOW RISE WITH DEPRESSED PRICES UNTIL THE MAJORITY OF THE COINS ARE MINED OUT BENEFITS THEM.

TRADERS, PLEASE FOLLOW MY POSTS AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND FULLY WHAT I'M SAYING HERE.

I expect it to level off about 0.3 - 0.35

I offer the exact same amount of reasoning that you offer.

Ok maybe that was low.. more like 0.002-0.0025 that will be a good place to buy in. and then liftoff to 0.3-0.35

I can definitely see the coinmarket cap going down to 750,000 before anything happens

The lower price is good for a short while if it gets more small investors involved and they end up making big gains. i hate to see corporate greed and exploitation succeed. the big buys are all in the 6-8 btc range, about 4k-5k usd at a time and i now suspect stacked to discreetly build a 12500k order wallet.
