10 minutes of yoga in the morning and in the evening - Sun & Moon Salutation. 20-40 minutes of Chloe Ting Workout (I was dying for the first 2-3 days, however, now it's much easier fo me). If you want a "perfect body" just in 2 weeks, trust me, Chloe knows how to achieve it.

Do you have a personal coach or do you control youe workouts yourself?
I lose patience when somebody tells me what to do, so for me Beets BLU hrm was the best option, what about you, guys?  Roll Eyes
I do not have or I am not hiring any personal coach to make myself fit and healthy. It is just me that set limits to myself. Like for example not eating too much oily foods, always take my vitamin, long walk each day is a good exercise, eat fruits because I am not a fan of vegetables and of course keep myself clean to avoid getting the virus.

be vegetarian and drink lots of water...
I was hospitalized because of gastric disease, the doctor said the cause was because he did not like vegetables and only ate meat, then the doctor who treated me said that drinking lots of water and eating fruits would restore my condition since then I was diligent in eating vegetables and fruit fruits and drink plenty of water every day.

I take fruits and lots of vegetables. Then on morning routine, I Plank, Push Ups and then Sit Ups. Just a two set routine then I get ok with the daily activities.

if you're just starting out then walking for 30 mins is a good start. I would avoid the treadmill and just go out to a garden or the take to the streets. in fact, even down the line, walking is still a really good workout. You can scale up the intensity and briskness or add in a jogging and running in spurts to increasing the frequency of your job or run. Nothing beats a good walk.
I think it's important to not get bored of what you're doing, so you could also mix in some weight training or body weight exercises, get a chin up bar. Switching things up is something I've been trying to do and it also gives you the opportunity to work out different muscle groups.

Follow the simple things that makes you fit and healthy. Don't eat oily and fast food. Make your own workout routine and strictly follow it. Avoid junk food and cold drinks.

Punching bag, kayak and my Trek 18-speed mountain bike (only when the weather is cool though).
kayaking sounds really fun. Too bad i'm too much of a coward to actually go through with it haha.

To keep fit one of best thing is to Exercise Daily, Exercise daily for at least an hour. ...
Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.
Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day
Be Sure to Get enough Sleep.
Stay Motivated.

To keep my self fit i just do gym and i have stopped eating burgers pizza because they get you fat to quick at all fastfoods i stop eating them.

I do not eat very much as is because I have a medical situation that prevents me from being hungry.  Yes  I know its complicated.

But I limit my drinking to only on days off from work and this will be very little something like 1-2 drinks.

Meditation also can help since it takes away stress from your life.

I placed my body fit on high priority and do lots of exercise to keep my body strong, flexible and healthy. I don’t go to the gym often considering the nature of my job. Yeah! But I do lots of home exercise daily especially in the morning. I skip,squats,pushups and use my treadmill to keep fit every morning before any other activities. Yeah in exercising and keeping healthy body I take lots of water at least 3.4 liters of water every day.

Exercise helps the body system to function very well, keeps all organs healthy and helps the brain to work better. I will have to advise everyone of us to take our daily exercise serious because as people who are into Cryptocurrency we need to keep our mind sharp and healthy body. Because like the saying goes “Health is wealth” so we should all be conscious of our health and exercise more.

I can't also take it to have a trainer but I'm sure it will help someone like me if there's one person that guides me with my routine.

Just like you, I started to jog not actually jog but only to walk for an hour. What's hard to maintain is the daily routine, there are no other people that cheer me up to do it daily but instead, I have to depend on myself and motivate alone.

I am not so fit but I am healthy so healthy life is always fit for me show the way to be healthy is so simple eat healthy food live your life happily nothing will not give you so much fitness more than happiness.
Well you have a point. Having a fit body doesnt necessarily mean a person is healthy because it depends on his/her lifestyle.

Im not really fit but I make sure to have a 20 minutes exercise every morning and a vegetables to eat every meal with less on fatty food.
