Hello is it still available to mining with HDD? and, i just wonder why no one talk about internet cost? i mean if i allocate 1tb hd to mining then i will download 1tb of data right? it will be so expensive if compare it with electricity or hdd price ... or i miss something here? thank you.

In western world its not a factor since everyone have flat bandwidth, but in the third world contries it will be an issue.

Well at least for me having a internet connection is a must. You must download that 1 tb, if you wish to share it for the owner of the content. And eventually upload. If you have some kind of quota or you have to pay per GB or something, then it will be an issue. Then you have to calculate, if you can make profit. For me it doesn't matter as I have extra disc space and 100 mb connection without quota or extra payments.

You have to wait or.. something block f.e. your firewall downloading more data. So try to check it.

There should be a chart for this,or a calculator for this to estimate what you are going to earn from using a particular space of storage,many people have been asking this for long time and this could the reason why storj is not popular.
