Am I right in thinking that your wallet has to be open and unlocked to take part in minting.  Plus only once your transactions are mature enough.  Also does your wallet have to be open and unlocked for your transactions to mature.  Information regarding this should be somewhere easy to find IMHO.

Also a X11 multipool to earn Faircoon wouldn't go amiss.  As would probably a Cryptonight and/or Primes multipool.  As not a lot of people have Scrypt ASIC's for Hashcows.  Yet a lot of people do have GPU's for X11 and NeoScrypt and even more people have CPU's for Cryptonight and Primes.

After a long road... Seems that Mintpal V2, its coming in the next hours 
(or at least during the nexy 24 hours...)

Anyway after this some days without faircoin trading, we will have an interesting situation because:
- Bitcoin has declined 15% in this last days
- As a difference with other coins, many of faircoin buyers, are coming from fiat currencies (not previos crypto involved); therefore, they can buy more BTC
to buy Faircoin...and this could be reflected in price at middle time...
- The order book in Mintpal V2, will begin with all orders cancelled... (see last tweet --> https://twitter.com/moolah_io/status/518507275548246016
And because Faircoin is not in others exchanges currently, the discovering of price will go to begin again...

I saw yesterday for a moment that was by FAC identification, and i was pending to confirm the beginning to write their to change to FAIR,
but for the moment their has not launched yet, for this issue:

Besides asking other exchanges adding faircoin, i know about a faircoop partner with plans to settup a fiat <-> faircoin exchange
(but im not autorized to do more details yet....)

so everyone can remain calm because faircoin will not depend of three party exchanges to be succesful

Is it possible for FAIR to be relisted if it was previously been removed from bittrex? If successful this coin might be the first to get relisted on one of the best exchange out there.

Happy to hear the team sent email to bittrex since Mintpal has a lot of problems.My account can not log in and I am worry about my coins in Mintpal.

I don't know how it works exactly, but it exists an exchange where you can trade criptocurrencies whithout permission of anybody: the Asset Exchange of Nextcoin. Many people are trading bitcoins there. It's an almost decentralizaded exchange.
You can try to criate a marketplace there. Then, people could change the "euro->btc->faircoin" for "euro->nxt->faircoin" (you can buy nxt directly for euros or dolares).
