Hmmm, I filled out the withdraw forms for my other balances on Mintpal yesterday and haven't received anything yet.

Are there more people who didn't receive any coins yet after filling out the withdrawal forms ?

What coins did you have?

I know no one received any bitcoins

Negligence and not giving a shit is the main problem.

Hope it gets sorted tomorrow as they seem to be working on it today.

XCurrency, Whitecoin and Faircoin.

Didn't receive any XC and WC yet, although I requested them already yesterday.
Does that go for everybody ?

Moolah is investigating the problems regarding FAIR:

so it is better wait to withdraw?
To be honest, I don't have a clue:
- It is great that they are investigating the problem and hopefully they can merge the two symbols.
- You might not even be able to succesfully withdraw, since they are still sorting out the problem.
- If you had both a balance in FAC and in FAIR, it might not be smart to withdraw now because their system may not handle multiple withdrawls correctly.
- I can't get a response from Moolah - they are litterally swamped with complaints, threats and problems. There's no way we can get through.

thanks for the reply. I've only FAC, but right now i think is better to wait for me.

So .. i sent an email to Marc from Bittylicious.

https://bittylicious.com/

Bittylicious is a trusted site (i traded loads with them), you don't need BTC to buy other coins from Bittylicious, and they accept euros.

Let's hope he give us the chance of trading there.

The more emails he receives this days asking to add Faircoin the better.

But is not only about asking to add it, it is also to let him know that he will have enough sellers, he won't consider adding any coin without at least 5 sellers i think.

So if you guys go ahead and send them an email, please also mention that you have plenty of coins for sale.

Hope it goes well and we get a chance!

And did you also have the problem (?) that your withdrawal adress does not stay in the adress field after you save ?
Mine always dissapear after I save.
Maybe that's why I didn't receive anything yet...
Very frustrating this. Especially since I cannot contact anybody about this.

In light of the MintPal closure does anyone have any spare altcoins they no longer want.  If so use them to vote to add FairCoin to the new exchange ColdCryptos they need a total of $120 of cryptocoin votes to add FairCoin.  You can pay with up to sixty different cryptocoins.  Just click on the vote now feature within this LINK to create a wallet to top up and vote with.  I know we now have the new exchange Vaultex but the more exchanges we can get to add FairCoin the better.  To help with decentralisation and redundancy plus in case Valutex was ever to go offline.  Plus if they get enough votes to add FairCoin to their new exchange then it'll also be added to their Facebook Multicoin Tipping App and their soon to be released Twitter tipping bot.

Hi matthewh3,

thanks for supporting FairCoin and being an active community member.

I found some very outdated information you published at coldcryptos.com and/or whitepuma.net. Please find updated information at http://fair-coin.org/.

Could you please update your post at coldcryptos forum to reflect the current state of FairCoin including but not limited to the following items:

  • You published the old logo from the old development team, please use our new logo
  • The 'Coin details' paragraph is out of date, see our web site
  • The most problematic peace of outdated information is the link to the OLD github repository. If someone builds that he will be fed up with FairCoin right away
  • The FairCoin forum is located here: https://forum.fair-coin.org

Anyway, thanks again for your efforts.

regs
Thomas

OP updated - http://community.coldcryptos.com/threads/faircoin.454
Great!!

Get voting then everyone with any spare crypto you have.  They accept up to sixty different cryptocoins.  While they've just released their Twitter tip bot.  So that'll be another new exchange, a Facebook FairCoin tipbot and Twitter FairCoin tip bot too.  If another 119 FairCoin'ers vote with $1 of crypt each we'll be added.

Nope, still nothing and I cannot enter any withdrawal adress in the fields.
From what I read on twitter you can only click on the SAVE button once and after that no updates are accepted in the withdrawal fields.
My mistake was that I first entered the question in the text box concerning my missing Faircoins.
Then I saved it and tried to enter the withdrawal adresses, but then they weren't accepted anymore and everytime I try to enter an adress there, the field gets deleted.
On Twitter I saw more people with this issue.
Really hope they will fix this soon or just check the texts in the text boxes, because I did mention my adresses there.
Trying to keep the faith ! ;-)

Still no faircoin  Huh

Things are looking pretty serious.

The Syscoin devs started legal actions against Moolah due to 750 BTC theft.

I dont think so.

Mintpal is going step by step. Slow but advancing.
They have done the easy part (withdrawal of coinssithout special issues) and now have the more difficult part pending like failed bitcoin withdrawal
or faircoin new migration.   It have some logical...

And anyway a legal process is yet very, very more slow, that the time that thinhs are going. See Mtgox, legal process ongoig and nobody have seen their coins in 7 months.
Isntead, we will see our faircoins more probably the next days or weeks by how are the things going.
