Maybe it is time to form some kind of a group of experienced coders who will check out coins before they are listed on exchanges. Of course this group should be founded from donations and small part from exchanges itself since they will have listed coins that are checked and safe for trading. That itself should bring in high volumes since traders will be safer from scams... |

I agree but you can't blame that on the exchanges. The only people to blame are the devs and the people who buy into brand new coins made by a newbie account and promises of vapourware. The code was fine, it was modified an hour ago. People mined it, there was a lot of interest, Bittrex offered a service to buy and sell it. It isn't their fault the dev is a scammer and people are endlessly naive. Want to stop the problem? its easy. Don't buy brand new coins made by brand new accounts. These scams would be gone in an instant. |
