Why making a GPU miner is good:It will cost people a lot more power to generate a block, this will then boost the price because the price normally depends on the amount of electricity required to mine a block. Why making a GPU miner is bad:The average joe with a laptop won't be able to mine a block unless they are extremely lucky. Why the above fact is good:Because then the coin becomes a lot more scarce, therefore more expensive. See! A GPU miner is good! Btw, once the GPU miner comes out, I would recommend you hold your coins until the price rises by at least x10. You have no clue about mining and prices. How can you even write such a rubbish.

I support Dev to develop GPU miner, bcz in the long run,GPU miner is inevitable to come out.For fairness reason,it is the best that Dev release it so that everyone can use it at the same time.

Latest release works with compute 3.0 too, slow as hell though compared to 5.0.

Rubbish? Well, ok, maybe the last statement is a bit too optimistic.

You have no clue about mining and prices. How can you even write such a rubbish. Rubbish? Well, ok, maybe the last statement is a bit too optimistic. Well, let's see now for price. Very fine step movement for project. All good to project and goodbye, I am looking for new cpu-coin.

Lol, I just found a block after mining for 1 minute! And I only have 500khash/s vs 60 MHash.
Wow, blocks are going 3 times as fast! (1 block every 20 seconds)
Tip: If i change the intensity from 11 to 14 I get double the hashrate.

My immediate plans are: 1. ... 2. ... 3. Make block explorer inside the client. I already have some working code but it is yet incomplete. 4. ...
Is this going to be implemented?

Such as Litecoin. Look where it is now. Being mined by ASICS. People don't understand "cpu only" coins. All that really has changed is the algorithm and I doubt that there ever will be truly GPU resistant CPU coin.

As someone who worked on optimized miners for when XPM and QRK were released, it was always just 'a matter of time' for gpus. You just hope that gpus are only x times faster/effective than 100x.

Great job Mr. Spread!
How does your miner compare in terms of speed with the gpu miner from the guy tried to get btc from you for his miner?
Is it slower of faster?
