Is the site down?

I don't get any error message but it just won't load. Tried few times, my network is fine.

i know they delisted it and it was the right move for that moment, now they could list it again along with a parody coin paycon that is just the same legit  , i dont like these gaw clowns too, but after gaw collapse their shitcoin is still a nice tool for speculation it seems  because of their brainwashed community or smth

I recently pushed two transactions to the bitcoin network:

there are three outputs for each transaction, the first to a peercoin address, the second to a dogecoin address, and the third is my change address. In both cases, the dogecoin deposit was made, but the peercoin deposit was not made. Could this be a bug in shapeshift's code? maybe shapeshift can only recognize one deposit per transaction?

Hello Coinsentry - ShapeShift only recognizes one deposit per transaction, because multiple outputs would shares the same TXID and the system isn't designed to handle that.

Can you please email a refund address for the missing coins to mail at shapeshift.io?  We'll make sure you get your coins back.

Used shapeshift.io to exchange some LTC for Doge and it worked fine EXCEPT that I was unable to get a copy of the receipt emailed to me. Tried multiple e-mail addresses to no avail

ShapeShift is always willing to make changes to the system if someone brings suggestions to the table of why it would be useful and reasons they would need the system to work in a particular manner. We have never had anyone come to us with a need to have multiple outputs. Please let us know why you need to have the system handle multiple outputs and we would be happy to look into making that change.
