There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Okay so here it goes... STOP the FUD. I don't care if this is a fricken scam coin or who the dev is. We could have Satoshi himself as the creator of the coin and people would still talk crap. I have grown to hate the word FUD actually. I prefer Chinese Fudge... It is in everyone's interest to remain silent so the value of the coin can go up instead of down. We are in a fragile market right now with Bitcoin going down and the last thing we need is another coin going from 1000+ satosh to less then 100 Satosh. Why is it that people come here and just want to lose money?! Most of us are miners and yes we need to make money etc., but we could stop the BS and let things rise up for once and sell it down? If you haven't noticed, almost every single coin with the exception of IPO/ICO coins on Bittrex have tanked within 24 hours. The reason being is people call out the dev whether they are scammers or not and then they leave and don't comment any further. When are people going to realize that the kings of crypto are worth what they are because the community got behind it and helped pump it?! I know if I were an investor looking to make a few BTC, I would stray away from a coin that has early sh*t talk. At the end of the day it is a game. We aren't playing WOW or Call Of Duty or any of that, rather we are playing the crypto game where marginal profits are possible if we get behind something. Is Bitcoin perfect? Of course not and we all know that... But it lays the foundation for something bigger. Will these crypto coins be worth something in the future? I don't know and none of us do... What I do know is that the world governments will try to shut it all down if the stupid games continue. People lose and they make complaints, the government responds with the strong shoulder. In their eyes we are all part of a pyramid scheme or even a ponzi scheme. Those are ILLEGAL mostly worldwide... However, if we can band together as a community and prove them wrong that different coins can succeed legally, they may allow us to operate. I personally have at least $8000 invested in mining equipment. This is not a lot in the grander scale of things but I DO NOT want to look like a dumbass to all my friends/family/co-workers etc.. I believe in crypto and the fundamental roots it provides to solve problems worldwide, but if we continue to play games and act like scammers we won't have a pot to piss in at the end of the day... Another way to look at this is if the community continues to produce scam coins the exchanges won't add them because they don't want the possible legal ramifications of it. They honestly are holding a lot of risk every time they add a coin. I am sure they have to report it to the proper government agencies which may someday come after those responsible for financial theft. We all want to make a quick buck sure, but look at the most successful businessmen in the world. Most didn't accomplish it over night... They had plenty of skepticism but they believed in what they were doing and they too felt they could solve real world problems by introducing technology unheard of before. We are still at the beginning of crypto and I hope many of you realize this. My parents know about it and my friends but they aren't ready to make the leap because fud/scams/etc is all they hear about. Of course all the BS is inevitable, but if we stay strong and slow down our roll we can make great things happen. I hope that someday there are 1000+ crypto coins available.. That is not a bad thing if you think outside of the box. Public adoption will help make things grow strong, but we just aren't there yet.  I personally have some great ideas for the future but it can't work if we continue down the road we are headed. I am sure you all have thoughts/ideas/suggestions etc. that you would like to see. But you need to ask yourself if we can obtain those goals if we continue down the path we are headed...? As stated, I am a believer in crypto. As a matter of fact I feel more passionate about crypto than anything ever in my life. I hope that a large portion of the community does as well... If you only care about the money I still respect you as it is a wise decision, but I think we could all benefit a lot more if we stop the child play. I'm sure people in this sub will trash talk me but I truly want all of us to succeed. Just because you created a "scam" coin doesn't mean the community can't work together and make your ideas a possibility. I recently took over Onecoin and it is a dead project, but I have ideas that I want to implement and seriously I can't do it without the help of others... I know a lot of these "scam coins" sound promising but why let it all die? What is the benefit? I know when you all look at the coin calendars and the forums for coin announcements you have and initial thought that 'wow this could be a good idea". It can be; but when people work to bring it down as quick at it was created, we won't succeed! I know this post is extremely long and not many of you have made it to this part, and if you did more power to you. I'm faded and just want to share my thought with the community. We are all in this together... We are family... We are one... This is a global phenomenon that people have just started to hear about. Don't let it all die with stupid laws and scams... I truly believe we can grow the community and make this something people believe in just as they do the Internet... I would love to hear from the community and ask that people who are serious, contact me so we can talk about the future. Innovation is not dead, and this is really only just the beginning. I mean the sister company of Paypal and eBay are in talks with Coinbase to work out a Bitcoin payment solution. That is a big win but only YOU can help make it a success story for the history books. I hope someday there is writing that mentions all of us and how we revolutionized the financial world... Let's bring our game and show the world what a worldwide group can accomplish!!!!? If you think the same way as I do, start posting your own thoughts and motivation to the different subs and get people behind you. One man/woman/group/government agency gave us a gift, now it is our turn to make it a reality.
