When we launched IntelliCoin, our main aim was to launch this coin within the MIT community, thereby encouraging innovation at the university level and elsewhere. We wanted to create a framework on which the developer community could build thereby making IntelliCoin more dynamic, vibrant and well supported. This led to our InSign and IntelliApp concept.
We organized a crowd sale for the coin to raise funds in the form of a pre-sale, to kickstart and support the development of the coin and we had a very tough phase with people posting their concerns and referring to us as a scam!. There were lots of noise on the community initially , with people contacting MIT directly to verify our credibility. Once it was verified, the pre-sale had already ended and we had raised around 13 BTC from the pre-sale. We felt that the investment was not enough for a long term development and we are very certain that we will not be able to support this project on the long run due to lack of funds.
We have been receiving quite a tremendous response from the entire alt coin community and we are trying our best to deliver the developments as soon as possible. But we need your support for a long term continued development and support.
Hence we have decided to do a relaunch of the coin with a new pre-sale, which will also allow all the current INT holders to exchange their current coins(INT) for the new one(INL).
As an incentive for INT adopters and holders, we are also offering a 12.5% bonus while exchanging INT for INL(the new ticker for the coin).
The ICO for phase 2 will be held on Bittrex , and will offer 30% of the total coins(INL). The Coin specifications, will remain unaltered for the new coin(except, the POW phase and the block rewards for it will be reduced). To prevent a market manipulation due to the extra 12.5% offered on exchanging INT for INL, we are fixing the base price of INT at 0.0000080 BTC/INT ( Current market price) . The cost of purchasing INL at the ICO price will be equivalent to 0.0000900 BTC/INL , and all INT holders will be able to purchase it at 10 INT/ INL( this includes the 12.5% Bonus) .
Fixing the base price of INT at 0.0000080 BTC/INT allows existing holders to sell their INT at the price, and also prevents the market manipulation to take advantage of the extra 12.5% . We will also disable INT to INL exchange during the ICO, about which we will update the community and to all the pools 3 days in advance on the thread to prevent further coins to be created due to mining.
We will also post all details about this, in the initial post. Please let us know if you have any questions regarding the same.

Yes, As promised, we will release InSign in the middle of the ICO(around the end of the month), so people can decide. If you guys can show InSign before the IPO ends , then definitely count me in. A lot of IPO's like GB and USE Coin simply promised the developments and had nothing to show. So if you guys do that, you will definitely be winning my trust on this. |

lol . He didnt say that. But I think since the devs are actual MIT devs, the coin will not get far without investment. And your trust will go down the drain once that 12 BTC is over. I like the new investment plan as unlike CLSTR Fk and being USEd we have legit devs who definitely deserved a lot of investment if they have good vision for it |

Well the best of luck to your future endeavours, but I am out. You had 13 BTC to start developing, write a whitepaper or be more active in the thread. I am not putting my money into this coin without tangible evidence that there is indeed something in development. I am not saying there isn't, but with all the ICO/IPO drama of late I am hesitant to invest on words alone.
