Hi Sterlingcoiners,

No real news to report at this time, but I wanted to let you all know we are still here. Further experimentation and inspection of the mentioned code bases, PIVX, Crown, and Solaris, does continue. It is an enormous undertaking and 2 of the bases are continually evolving more, having much larger development teams. Hopefully some testnet results can be reported in the not-so-distant future. Sorry there is none to report yet.

Happy Spring! Though it might not seem like it yet. Cheers!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Sterlingcoin wow, it is still alive!!!
This was my first coin I bought back in 2014. Unfortunately, I don't have it anymore, but I will research it again when I catch some time. UK coin if I'm right?

Hi Steven, good to hear from you.

Glad to hear that your researches are advancing.  Don’t be at all concerned about the rate of progress; as you say, it’s an enormous undertaking.  It may take you to Q3 or Q4 to complete this but, as Rhett Butler would say “Frankly, Scarlett, I don’t give a damn!”.

A quality product takes precedence over early delivery, so TAKE YOUR TIME!!

As you are doubtless aware the entire crypto market is deep in bear territory, and likely to be in slumber mode for the duration of 2018, so it’s not as though SLG is going to be ‘left behind’ in any meaningful sense.  Time is on your side, Steven.

Anyhoo, I hope you have an enjoyable Easter weekend; I’m sure you deserve a break!!

Greetings!

I, too, got into SLG back in 2014 (October, in fact), and I've been with it ever since. I hope your researches convince you to re-invest.

It is not only still alive, but in very good health.  I am convinced that SLG will go on to achieve great things.

This would be perfect time to buy, price around 0.00001048 per SLG, before this Crypto downhill in Q1 it was way over 0.00002 so chance to get some for bargain prices.

A delisting warning has been displayed on Bleutrade effective for April 25, 2018 that includes Sterlingcoin.

I will compose an email to Bluetrade asking for reconsideration. I will report any resulting communication I receive.

If you trade on Bleutrade, please make a polite support ticket expressing your interest in Sterlingcoin retaining its listing on their exchange. Thank you in advance.

Many of us have received the same response from Bleutrade:

Quote from: Bleutrade staff
Dear user, there is no specific reason, Bleutrade is undergoing a restructuring phase and our team has made a subjective analysis to remove some currencies. This step will open space for adding new currencies, improving our service and other benefits for our users, we are preparing a series of news in the coming months.

Unfortunately, it does sound like retaining the listing is not possible.

Please remove any Sterlingcoin you have at Bleutrade prior to April 25th, 2018.

EDIT (minutes later): Bleutrade has been removed from the OP and the website.

It is a pity.

Considering that all these exchanges now only care about money and their pockets, in exchange for 'improving our service' excuses. Seems that all of these ridiculous exchanges make the most of what they have, and when the longer term projects are not producing the 'fee's and 'commissions via transaction fees' that the exchange requires, they dump them.

Nice work bleutrade, bittrex, poloniex, novaechange, and many others!

I have just assisted Aerosoul with their LitePaid API to show £ instead of €.

I have also informed my420glass.com how to change theirs from € to $.

This only effects the current merchants of LitePaid not any future ones as they have done the update to the plugins available to download.

there are many ways to know a good project such as the vision, the team, the method... so, you should spend your time to research all things to give the right choice

You do not need to hope, the development will continue, that's a fact!!   Grin

Sterlingcoin is currently in the very capable hands of our Chief Developer, Mr Steven Saxton.  He is already working on the next upgrade, which will result in the incorporation of masternode technology.

Buy SLG now, while it is still dirt cheap.  Make sure that you accumulate enough for your own masternode(s), before the time comes to set them up.

It's not official, but the estimate at this time is that 10,000 SLG will be needed for a masternode.

Dont miss out; this coin is really going places!!   Wink

Glad you found Sterlingcoin!

Development does continue, yes. Certain 'life twists' and limited man-hours have slowed things but, be assured, they do and will continue.

Thank you for your interest and welcome to Sterlingcoin!
