Any one can tell me what is the "deadline" of the transaction in wallet?
24h? or lower?
I've sent some BURST to c-cex but can't receive them after 3h. Total transactions confirmed in wallet is 10+.
I'm a newbie.
Tks alot!
Deadline sets a max time limit on when a transaction can be included in a block.

So, how long can i receive them in the exchange? My balance (in exchange) has no change for 6 hours. And how can i check if it completed?
For testing:
1. I've sent 4 Burst ( 1+3 fee) from c-cex to my wallet -> OK. I receive them after a minute but the sender address is not my address ( it look like from the exchange).
2. I've sent 2 from my wallet to my c-cex address -> cannot receive ( 2 time).
3. I've sent 2 from my wallet to that address (Exchange address) -> nothing happened.
Coin in my wallet had been decrease 6.

What happened to me?
How can i sent coin to c-cex?
Thanks,

When you send coin on c-cex, you are sending coin to your wallet generated by c-cex, then c-cex will send this coin to their big wallet. Now, when you send 2 coin, the first transaction is 1 coin + 1 coin fee, and the second one is 0 coin + 1 coin fee! You have to send more than this.. I mean, if you send 100 coin + 1 coin fee from your wallet, you'll see 99 coin on your c-cex account! Have you understood?! If not I'll try to explain this better!

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone complete any testing around the best stagger size and plot side to use with dcct's linux plotter?

Also what Nonces/minute should i expect from an I7 920 8 Threads Over clocked to 3.8. Im getting 2300 Nonces/minute. This does not seem right as other guys with I5s and I7s are getting 3500 plus.

Please help

3500 is still too low, i'm at 1662 with a pentium haswell(no oc), with a i5, you should get 5k minimum

btw , the miner will use new plot that has been added? or i must restart the miner?

This was my suspicion. 2300 on an over clocked I7 is not right.

The disk its plotting on is just Sata connected disk.

I have tried various stagger sizes, using a very small stagger like 2000 got me upto to 3k.

If anyone can add some in depth information on this it will not only help me out, but will help the BURST community as a whole.

Thanks

In Winfows or in Linux? Your stagger size?

I would like to note a very significant fact!

I am truly excited and happy to see that the thread is filled with true useful debugging/mining information and NOT:

 - Fud
 - People trying to keep the thread in first position by writing useless things
 - Talking about prices constantly

My hats off to you Burst, i am pretty proud to have been on this since the start Smiley

Great work community.

Hey guys -

So I have it generating plots now on both 4TB drives but it is taking forever! Both drives are at 60GB~ after 3 hours Sad It's gonna take over 5 days to fill 8TB at this stage.

Is there ANY way at all that I can get this to speed up? I am running a i5 3570k @ 4.6 GHZ with 8GB of DDR3-1866.

Some other questions:

 - Will it slow down the generation if I set it to mine at the same time on both drives? Or is that the best and most profitable thing to do?

 - If I stop the generation; can I just start it back up again later or do I have to change code in places?

 - If I generate a 200GB plot for a start just to test, can I then go on to make another larger plot? i.e. can I have many of these plot files in the plot folder and they wll all be used by the miner - as opposed to having to use one massive 3.6 TB file?

 - Lastly, Is there any way to get the job done with the GPU? I have a HD 7990 just sitting there and would love to get it working!

Side note: Is there are guide for running Linux on Windows and generating blocks using the faster Linux software? And if so, can i continue to use the generated file I have in my plots folder or must I start again?

Thanks so much!

I will give 10 XCloudcoin to the first person who answers all of these questions for me Smiley

FUD is not the problem.
Problem is that this coin is only being mined and hold instead of buy.
Result= Everyone mine, hold and waiting for price rise to dump little by little.
99% miner=No buy support=Price stagnant=More and more bagholder=High risk for dump=Investor don't buy=BOH!  Wink

hello

today got some new hardware

so now i have 3 rigs each with 2x3 tb drives

the original rig had
plots generated like this

1)0 to 4000000 stagger size 20000
2)4000001 to 8000001 stagger size 20000
3)8000002 to 12000002 stagger size 20000
4)12000003 to 16000003 stagger size 20000
5)16000004 to 20000004 stagger size 20000

1tb used for storage /os / miner / wallet / plot generator

the question is : considering that i will instal the os off 2 usb sticks for the remaining 2 rigs and i will use full 6 tb
do i have to plot the plot files from 20000005 to 40000010 in 2nd rig and from 40000011 to 60000011 in the third ?

or each rig has to havee the plot start from 0 to drive capacity ?

Good News, Everybody!

My Windows based installer seems to be working. It took till 3:30 am, but what the heck.

It downloads the files straight from Github

I've got the plotter plotting, the miner mining, and the wallet running from a single click.

I've still got quite a bit of work, some things are running out of order, it needs more testing, and I have to put it on Github...

Once its ready I will announce it here, and post everything to www.burst.today
