If you have registered with the reservesharesignature, you are qualified for the second round. So there are stakeholders with 1000 coins and others (2 round qualificated) with 2310 coins. |

I have barely read this but if they handed out two different rounds of coins to one set of people than this wasnt fair distribution... They should have let more people in.
