Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

In all honesty, this project is free. No one has any right to complain about anything whatsoever. The RSU devs could've done an IPO/ICO or whatever the hell else, instead they fairly distributed their coins to BCT members for FREE.
They have already proven how solid & organized the devs are, and no one should even flinch due to some BETA wallet release delays. The devs are saying that the wallet will most likely be released tonight and for that I am glad, but they could reschedule the release for another week or whatever and it wouldn't matter to me personally. Just sad how some people here feel the devs owe them anything.

I have to complain about twitter promotion. There was a lot of tweets by reserveshare, and also major exchange and crypto-related accounts tweeted and retweeted it, and also there was the promotion with 500 nxt stake. Bythe other hand the signature campaign was also succesfull because a lot of people joined the project because they saw the sigs. And also there is the Coinmktcap, and rsu it was from the begining in the top 15 between the nxt assets( by volume) |
