If people actually own a lot of devices and mine all of them on XMG i really would not mind it that much as long as he owns them and pays the electricity for it. But if it was a botnet or a rental thats a different story. But then again it is Magi rules so if pools actually enforce them i would support them since if they dont enforce the rules then what use are the rules in the 1st place. But some pools just dont follow this. Some probably have more than 30 users with high hash. And people can generally make their own pools which makes it more complicated issue.

agree for instance i have 4 workers

abbeytim.1   69.91
abbeytim.2   31.46
abbeytim.3   69.91
abbeytim.4   73.40
Total   244.68

and fluctuates some  so can hit the 250 mark

https://pom.m-hash.com/
MAX HASHRATE PER USER: 250 KH/s

they should make it per worker so i dont mine there

Don't agree with they should do it per worker, this should be done per account but take into consideration that hash fluctuates. So let's say the average hash per account under 24 hrs would be a better option in that case. That would even out the fluctuation.

well then people will just make multiple accounts i guess
sure there are big ones to do so

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Any idea about when Pool42 sends a confirmation mail?

Been hours since I checked. No verification mails yet.
Any one?

No issues when I setup an account there. Got it within ~2 min

Looks like, it would be better if I sign up from another address. Because, I have been waiting since long.

Effectively, we sorted it out by email.

Mails were not sent to your Microsoft Hotmail account as it appears they're restricting mails from unknown domains.
We have submitted an identification form and are currently waiting for their response.

Any other mail box should be fine.

Wallet v1.4.3:

List of issues (let me know):

http://m-core.org/issues.txt

This release is a temporary fix to the current blockchain issue in MAGI, and keep the chain and mining going; this is done by taking 104.128.225.215 as a trust node. This is NOT a final fix. Following settings in magi.conf are highly recommended. The second stage of fixing the issue is currently carried out. Refer to "http://m-core.org/blog/" for news and final fix to the issue.

OS X: http://coinmagi.org/bin/m-wallet-1.4.3/m-wallet-1.4.3-osx.dmg

Do not rush. Magi coin is in the process of migration to McCarthy Coin. New wallet version and mining software also under development with "Passport/ID card" feature, so in the near feature you cannot mine without your passport/ID card approvement. Also, here will be unique "Mining hardware photo reports" feature in wallet with everyday repotring. Additionally, planned new feature "Hardware activation" - for every PC you'll have to provide receipt from a shop/store. Concentration camps for miners with 10+ PC's are already under construction.

i wont worry about that if you just fluctuate in and out of 250. they are actually sending warnings to the top tier 1st and there are some with 500-1000. some have even higher than 1k on other pools

You are really strange people..  limit users on one of pool while others can still mine at full power.
And big hashers can just install own pool, I did it.
Probably I need made my pool public and call it "Pool for big guys" Smiley))

Doesnt matter , maybe pool of void, but hashrate affect globally, not locally at single pool.

Of course not. All posts written by pmsk are on this thread (there is another user with even more posts, forget his name - but probably the same person). He is unhappy with the hash limit, that's all.

the rpcuser and rpcpassword are set in the magi.conf file. You may choose whatever you want. In the example given to you, the user was rpcuser Smiley.
In Windows, by default, the datadir (where wallet and blockchain reside) is usually in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Magi.

If you did, then you forked cause there was no PoW block in the ~30 minutes between PoW blocks 1458480 and 1458501.

EDIT: Those in your new image are PoS (stakes), not PoW.
