Cryptsy drama doesn't find an end. They again stopped trading and withdrawals for an unknown time due to a phishing attack. Even Big V found his voice back
https://twitter.com/cryptsy/status/687125569159467008
Your wrong, the trading was not started and sometimes you can withdraw some coins, that didnt change, about that phishing attack it is also wrong, there are emails sms watever tell people to go to that site to get quicker withdraw a other tells people Cryptsy is closed, NOT TRUE.
We all know what to do with those messages, just delete them, dont be stumped to believe thos phising mails.
Cryptsy closed all remaining coins that still could be withdraw to protect people who believed those phising messages.
So as always, if you want to know anything its better to ask a company and not any mail or strange website.
The grue lurks in the darkest places of the earth. Its favorite diet is adventurers, but its insatiable appetite is tempered by its fear of light. No grue has ever been seen by the light of day, and few have survived its fearsome jaws to tell the tale.

Does anyone still believe in Cryptsy? No way, I guess.
So if there's should be any mail from cryptsy, they should explain why they don't execute the withdrawals for more
than 3 months already. And how they will solve this "problem" within a acceptable time period.
Until that info, please don't believe any other message from cryptsy.
And especially don't believe mails which are good for them, for instance stopping all withdrawals.

Phishing Attempt

There is a phishing attempt going around prompting users to go to a cryptsy-refund website.   Do not go to this website or give your login details on any website other than the official Cryptsy website.

There were two avenues of the Phishing attempt.  One was via SMS, using our provider Twilio and gained entry into our logs and sending ability via a weak password on that account.   The passwords on this account have been secured.   The other avenue was via email using the same mailing service we use (Mailgun), but was not sent using our account.   It is uncertain where the email list for this Phishing attempt was attained from, as we do not show any unauthorized access to our Mailgun account nor our internal systems.   We are still investigating this matter.

If you were a victim of this phishing, you should log into your account at Cryptsy immediately and do the following:

1. Change your password and enable 2fa if you don’t already have it enabled.

2. Check your pending withdrawals, we currently have withdrawals disabled so if you see one that shouldn’t be there you can request to have it cancelled.

Regarding other issues that have been apparent at Cryptsy for the last couple months, I will be making another post to explain what has been happening in the next couple days.

I read that too, but don't think that a judge can do something like that.

It's about a companies wallet, not big vern's (or his wifes) wallet.
But if so, let cryptsy then explain and tell the truth.

Think a judge can do that. If the divorce in this case means both receive half than the judge can freeze all assets to prevent fraude.

I think it's something else but here's a link to the problems timeline to decide for yourself:
http://bitcoinist.net/timeline-cryptsy-disappearance-mystery/

By the way, the price of XMG is going up steady the last month.
Could be due the problems on cryptsy, using XMG as escape coin resulting in more attention.

use coin control and consolidate unspent inputs by sending them again to your address, don't let them get too small - under 50,00 XMG, also resend all inputs that are older than 15 000 confirmations, mentioned values are just an example, because inputs bellow 3,3 XMG won't split at all.

Thats right Okae. I still hope Cryptsy might recover.
In the mean time maybe Magi should also look into other big exchanges.

There's a new exchange, https://safecex.com. They will add a "request coin" page in a few days. The former operated of yaamp mining pool is involved, for those who know him. The intention is to run an exchange from miners for miners with some additional coins that were only listed on Cryptsy.
