http://104.207.149.217 xmgpool was down?

There seems have a problem with wallet. My pool has different block height with supernova. I redo the fix but still found some problem. It stucks on some block. Do not know what's going on.

Just restart to see if I can fix it.

Magi Explorer is wrong, look at these https://chainz.cryptoid.info/xmg/#!extraction
They are mining with blocks 43.25 on the wrong chain.   Grin
Look at supernova for the current block, around 1444413 now.

You can also look at https://poolinfo.systms.org/#magi which is on the same block as supernova

I've just restarted m-core with a --rescan and reset my config file to contain only the hosts in the op. If that fails - I'll delete the chain again and resync from the blockchain I downloaded this morning

Thanks for the links to the correct  block height =)

As it is strange, in a coin a few days ago, someone invested 250 bitcoins, and the price again returned to the previous place

As far as I know it was a pump n dump, but who knows for sure, right? Maybe someone bought some. For now anyways 3500 satoshi price is a good buy opportunity IMO (maybe it will get lower to 2900 - 1900 area), so please don't buy in just because someone on the internet told you so.

hey there

Finally got my wallet synced - had to delete it all again, replace with the downloaded blockchain and added these nodes to my magi.conf

addnode=213.32.21.37

addnode=104.128.225.215

addnode=216.189.151.56

Hopefully this time it stays synced.

edit: replaced original wallet.dat with a backup from last week and the missing coins showed up.  I'm happy!

We updated the wallet version to v1.4 to enable a fix to the splitting. I'll give more description regarding the fix. There is splitting around block 1443980; it wasn't confirmed that is necessary a fork from pool, as the inconsistent block is a PoS block based on a comparison of two chains available. Given that, the fix is to start from that point. Procedure to startup on a clean chain:

1) Download the wallet v1.4.0 (will push other versions into that):

http://coinmagi.org/bin/m-wallet-1.4.0/

2) Backup wallet.dat;

3) The prior blockdata must be removed before launching the new wallet:

Remove everything under the Magi or .magi folder except for wallet.dat:

Windows: %appdata%\Magi
Linux: ~/.magi

4) If you wish to redownload blockchain from scratch, skip to 5)

5) Download block chain from:

http://coinmagi.org/bin/block-chain/

and unzip the file;

6) Place all of the contents under "m-blockchain" into Magi or .magi;

7) Launch the new wallet.

https://github.com/magi-project/magi

I'll update relevant docs and web once I get a chance back on the stuffs, and some more descriptions.

Nodes:
Code:
connect=104.128.225.215
connect=216.189.151.56

Please provide all the binaries. There is no deamon, only qt-wallet provided in version 1.4.0. Please make this release professional like other serious coins. Thanks.
When the deamon exe for Windows will be available?

oops. I backed up the database yesterday and use that database as a start. I have the copy of the old one. I will move those info to the database. Just wait a few minutes.

Just moved the new registration information. Should work now. Sorry for that.
Need some time to clean the old database.

Please make this release professional.. don't be impractical, this release was on the fly super fast solely to fix a critical issue in the block chain and so people can continue to mine and trade. Dev is not a program wizard working 24/7. Besides, dev already stated he will release proper documents as soon as he gets a chance, i'm for one impressed at how quickly a solution was released for the problem that arose, great response time, cut joe some slack.

Normal way : First clean the mesh, second start to analyze the problem, third make a solution, fourth test the solution, fifth update the program, etc
I guess they are now in the first stage and the second stage will start soon, ending with a wallet update in the final stage.

Blocksize supernova right now 0.25.

I keep on staking. Grin
