It seems the question of the moment is "to charge", or "not to charge" for the custom apps.  Both sides have valid arguments, but here is a third option.  Do both.

Release the full version (after bugs have been squashed) and charge for it - pricing structure TBD.  There will definitely be demand for the apps.  Maybe do some giveaways to increase publicity.

After an amount of time (again, TBD), make the apps free to anyone.  This would be another boon to the community and good publicity.

To sell KeyOS in every store around world on the rack where gift cards are sold.  Now everyone can shop with, trade & own Crypto Currency!   Plug and Play Baby.  Even a child can do it.  

Once the account is activated by plugging in, a portion of the 25 dollars is converted to KEYS based on the current market prices.  The end user can start trading Keys immediately without purchasing Bitcoin but can still immediately buy Bitcoins with their KEYs.

Yeah interesting. This could perhaps solve the problem of bringing crypto currency to the mainstream that many coins so far have failed.  Ease of obtaining and use is always good.

Definitely a long term strategy but as long as continued support and development is there, it could become a reality.

Honestly I personally wouldn't have much use for an anon OS with a wallet built in, I don't care much about being so secretive. But the Keytrader app is very, very cool. I hadn't seen or tried it until this release and I've been using it instead of trex UI all day. Really helpful for saving me time spreading out orders, and finally having a "cancel all" button made me precum a little.

This could have been released as part of a standalone tool for a lot more profit. What else is in the works?

A secure standalone trading tool is good. And a press release would help the market catch on too.  But I guess this comes after more beta testing?

Yeah, not everyone out there is going to care for the anon features or even the OS.  And not everyone out there is going to care about the trading app.  But it's definitely nice that Keycoin has different features to appeal to more than just one set of audience.

Would be awesome to finally see every feature together as one, coherent product.  I'm assuming this is one of the goals of the devs.

Guys it's not charging money if they ask to hold a certain balance, KeyCoin isn't receiving payment for the trading app.  They're asking to hold 20 bucks in your account, which you can liquidate any time.  Even if the price goes down, you'll lose like, less than 10 bucks for a piece of software that used to cost close to $2k just months ago (cryptsy automated trader).

You should check page 1 on bittrex.  Its mass murder right now.  There is rumor some group is exiting alts ready for something big in BTC and very soon money will flow back fast and hard into alts.

A large percentage of the coins are in bittrex (being shorted and bought back for small profits) while waiting for the pump
