Microwallet, like Coinbox.me, is basically a place to collect dust payouts until they add up to larger than dust. All you need to do is enter your BTC address and it'll store them until they reach the withdrawal threshold (default 0.00100370) and send them automatically.

How many days/weeks did it take for them to pay that out to you?  I have yet to see anything after more than a week since I requested a payout after getting above the minimum payout level.

I only know about two Litecoin faucets
Litecoiner - You can request a price once per day, the amount increases each day you use the site up to 2x the original amount, works like Bitcoiner
LTC 4 You (referral link in case you would like to support me) - You can request 30-100 µBTC every hour.
I can't guarantee that any of those two is actually paying out though, because I haven't tried to withdraw from any of them yet.

It was never on the list. This thread is a list of free bitcoin sites not a list of sites which list free bitcoin sites.

As I have said before:
If you watch the Free Bitcoin Sites thread you can stay updated on what sites are working
and what ones may be down for various reasons.  These sites are verified before being
added to the list and are checked everyday by me and other followers of the thread.
Being on this site there is the additional safety of this thread being watched by
the moderators.
 
Many of these free BTC site's owners/operators follow the thread as well and will post
themselves when there is something to report about their site. If one has an issue
with any of these sites, or one wants to contact a particular sites owner/operator,
one can ask in this thread to try and get an answer... with some of these sites
this might be the only way of contact.

Beware of copy-cat threads and web pages, who don't take care to check or maintain
their listings and often have dubious sites/links ( sometimes hidden behind url-shortener links...
i.e. you can't be sure what site you are actually going to when you click on their links. )
There are very many sites that have their own lists of free bitcoin sites, but many of them
are scams and are more interested in helping themselves than in helping newbies to the
world of Bitcoin.

Many of the sites in the list have other faucets listed on their sites.  They also give out free bitcoin, which is why they are on the list.
