You should be able to just click shadow.exe and it will open and then sync.

how will the marketplace offers be stored, what about the images/media and other info, how are they stored? I'm assuming your hosting each marketplace via the simple http server you have in your code? How is it decentralized hosting, that i thought was claimed somewhere about this coin?

As I understand the Shadow communication system, all the content for the platform exists in each wallet. That's the way the Shadowchat works- everybody on the network gets the message, only the intended recipient can read it or is alerted to it.

This may eventually create a bit of of bloat and I can foresee the wallet and its content getting very large after a while, but there is no free lunch.

Try ShadowCash, the first coin with instant and decentralized private transactions!

I gotta feeling that with the tx fees for anon sends the rewards for staking will be more (maybe a fair bit more) than 2%/annum. Just speculating…

I think you're right. My network weight for staking is typically 3-4x the equivalent coins/total supply I have. For example if I have .25% of total coins in a staking wallet, it is earning 1% of total network stakes. 4x.25=1

I haven't taken that further, but it seems to mean that I'm more around 8%/annual vs. 2%.

The tx fees come out of a users preexisting sdc supply, they aren't new minted coins. Tx fees are just shuffling around of existing coin. Basically its the postage your paying for sending the money.

^ this .. However the beauty of it running on the ShadowChat P2P network is that we have full control over data pruning ... So no bloat!

I agree. We need a fresh mobile wallet like coinbases I'm sure our development team can deliver something sexy.

I've been looking for a good place to sell digital game items for crypto. This looks like its going to be the place. I play a digital card game called HEX similar to MTG. In the future I would love to hold HEX tournaments that pay out in SDC now that people will have a place to spend them. Once the market is up I will let people know where they should be buying and selling digital goods from all games.

^This post is gaining visibility. Great.

The decentralized market looks awesome, good to see the progress made by the project....

Nevertheless, what i'm really really looking forward for the possibility to build app . I guess that will be the moment when shadow will totally pop out of the rest of the altcoins, and perhaps seduce new developers. I'd be totally in, if some people would implement an anonymous social network app on top of this per exemple,  and of course i would love to buy them with my shadows in a shadowappstore Grin Grin Grin.
