I started to mine at http://pool.darktech.org:8080/tbs
it mined around 10 blocks, and 3 blocks has been confirmed.
But still i didn't got any coins to my wallet
whats the problem?

Dear miners please do not worry all is well with the pool.
We produce hardware upgrades to mining was more comfortable.
At the moment, the main pool and loadbalanser back to work, and the reserve pool moved to monitoring mode.

I am not sure if we can implement it but I am wondering is there a way that you guys think we could add a bonus for smaller miners to give them incentive to mine at least for a few days. I would fund this donation pot and I guess anyone else willing to could add to it also. My thought was give a bonus payout for all miners under say 10mh/s. Thoughts?

I think this would be a great idea. Must though be careful people do not abuse this by having to many workers or accounts under 10 mhs!
That I think will be the greatest hurdle.

WE are already on CCEX we have to make it there first. We are still young and not wanting to rush it. It was an amazing to achievement to be on 3 exchanges 24 hours after launch.

Yes thats the frustrating bit.

We are still extremely small on a massive exchange.. Ideas are currently being discussed to attract miners so that we can get the hash rate going up

Once we have that the price can be more convincing.

Its will be a tough struggle to get up there but its very much possible. Looking at this now I think it is an absolute hidden gem and many people will not appreciate this until its too late and the price goes up.

Tell me, what is it about this coin, right this minute that would make it attractive to anybody who isn't just a crypto junky?

Seriously. I'm not saying this to be mean, or disparage the coin or it's community. I'm saying it to hopefully get you to think with the big head.

As I see it, right now, TraderCoin has three things going for it, and only one of them that will matter outside this forum without some development.

1. Tomcat. He's a stand up guy and a respected developer. Does what he says, and generally when he says he will, even though it causes him trouble. That's a major asset.

2. Scarcity. Not many coins will be produced by mining, and there is no proof of stake. That makes it potentially valuable.

3. A cool name that can be applied along side practically any good or service.

Now, what's it's major deficit?

It's on CCEX on it's second day. There's no base. There's no development beyond making it function. Y'all are too eager.

Before I get jumped, this has nothing to do with CCEX. I'd say the same if it were Bittrex, Polo, Cryptsy, Allcoin, Coin-swap, you name it. It's simply too early. OTC trading would be better. Better, trading for goods and services. New coins get killed if they hit exchanges right away. It's not an immutable law, but it's a good bet.

Work on something besides dumping the coin, and it's value will rise.

Yes. At the rate this coin is released it could be a significant prize. This coin is only 3 days old so give it time and try to be active in the community and watch the price rise.

You have a very good point. Maybe I pushed to hard to get us on an exchange so soon. However I hate over counter trading and feel much safer buying coins on an exchange so I would thing others feel the same way. But it has caused us to focus on the price too much and it might turn future investors away because they think the coin is dead already. One of the problems is is that this coin is meant to be traded and even though the price is low it could help spread out amongst more people. We want to have a large community because we will be able to feed off of each others Ideas to push this coin forward.
