If you downloaded the wallet from the official website, you should be safe.
Virus scanners very often give "false positives".

Just curious. Sys had their IPO money stolen from Mintpal/Moolah. How have they kept development going all this time?  Ethereum burned through 18 mil to get some code out the door.

What you are doing its called "Reverse stock/coin split.
