So for clearity sake, I have some Syscoins on Bittrex. I don't have to do anything and I will get SYS 2 coins? Yes, that's the plan . Ahh thanks, I was a little worried there, strangely my syscoins are marked as "reserved" so maybe the process has already started? But I also notice there is still trading going on so I am not quite sure. Price is very cheap atm btw, great opportunity, I am sure with the next round of updates it can easily double or tripple. I don't think the process has already started. I have no SYS in bittrex, so i also don't see the coins marked as "reserved". I would not worry about. The BTC breakout made people nervous. http://themerkle.com/category/market-analysis/bitcoin/Waiting For The Breakout. This explains why the markets were so undecided all the week. Today, it seems, the breakout has happened. with kind regards, randywald

Nevertheless I think SYS is heading in the right direction in the long term so I am not worried about a temporary price drop at all SYS is one of the few projects that actually delivers instead of making empty promises.

Yeah, true. The devs are absolutely awesome.
In terms of price i rather look at the marketcap and not so much at the price of one unit.

If they are showing as 'Reserved' you either have a pending withdrawal of a sell order in place

It can be confusing for non techies.
The only reason it is confusing is that there are many statements being presented as matters of fact, that are actually merely forward-looking speculation. If your statements adhered to factual matters, there would likely be very little confusion.

I am not a dev but i simply think there won't be any exchange left listing the old coin because it isn't useful anymore. But there are still some questions:Is it even possible to double spend SYS1 and SYS2 (spend SYS1 and SYS2 independently of each other) if the address keeps the same? If i sell SYS2, does the SYS1 amount decrease too or do i keep my full SYS1 stack that i had before conversion? with kind regards, randywald

More information about this will be released to the community in the upcoming week. Thanks!

If the sys are on an exchange then the exchange will convert them. If you have them in a wallet then you will have have to do it.

BTC integration = larger target group. And it takes the fear of SYS price volatility away. For example if someone wants to do large purchases and the market isn't big enough for it. But SYS as a coin is still needed for running the marketplace and extra services. So you still need SYS but don't need to care about. Average people can be served very well if it's simple to use. This is how i understand what's going on, that is not guaranteed to be 100% true! with kind regards, randywald

I don't think so. You will be able to import the private key into the new syscoin 2.0 wallet. That is what i've heard.
