Additionally, now you cannot claim the lotto with an address that somebody else used to claim the lotto recently.

I cannot understand i put my addy on yourbets section and i waggered daily so they lotto will detect who is betting or not then it pickS? or the lotto pick the random user if the user addy seems to be waggered in the last 24 hour will get lotto otherwis lost?
