It's been around a long time and a lot of reputable people have used it (well, long-time forum users, at least). I just jumped on recently but so far, no issues. That said, never risk more than you can afford.

Heard of a ponzi that pays a very low 2.32% interest per month? If this is ponzi with the low interest then this will the an insult to the  other running ponzi's out there

If they use the blockchain.info API and it's being DDoSd, they can't see what deposits are being made, nor can they withdraw funds.
