My last withdrawal from here was ~36 hours ago with no issues. It was having problems for over a day due to blockchain.info DDoS (it apparently uses that for its API). Past that, support has always gotten back to me, though it's a little slow.

As said before, support answered me always in time. mostly on same day.
but it's the 5 day now.

and yes, i know there are problems now and then. but it was always the "withdraw problem. please try again later" or mail-server was down. and that was always fixed very fast.
but i never before had the problem that it stuck in "sending". at least not longer than some hours.

Maybe it's the same problem as with double-bot.

Sometimes deposits or withdrawals can be delayed for technical reasons. It's normal.
There were some problems with a BTC software on one of our servers. When Bitcoin network has too many transactions sometimes BTC software crashes.
My guys said that they will repair it soon.

Support is working, maybe sometimes they are really little slow, but they answer on 100% emails. So, just wait or maybe your email provider cannot receive emails from ore-mine.

I had no time to visit this thread and will be back in couple of days. I will read all posts and will answer generally next time.
Do not listen a trolls who says that ore-mine will be closed tomorrow. They are always saying that.

He specifically says the BTC wallet crashed (meaning no withdrawals can be made and no deposits can be credited) and then you ask why your deposit wasn't credited yet? Think about it.
