I guess he's just trying to figure out how it'll look. A good sign if he has moved to 'cosmetics'  Smiley

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Wow at least some good looking news. If this turns out not to be a scam it will make my day. I thought I lost all my investment a week or so back.

If this is not a scam, then why does LTCgear not respond to charge back disputes? Nothing from the emails I sent or directly to my bank. Paypal is of no help and will not provide any additional information with a real name, address, and phone number.

LTCgear stopped accepting paypal right before the TOS change from 60 45 days to 180 days for filing a dispute (11/17/2014). This corresponds quite well to their claimed 'attack' and dragging out this process. We are past the 60 45 day point, so don't expect further payouts from LTCgear.

When exactly did you pay with Paypal? I was under the impression this was not possible since May or June 2014...

Huh?   LTCgear didn't accept paypal even back to last summer.    There was not stopped accepting.   The only payment method was BTC.   You may have had some special arrangement to use a paypal payment with them, but that wasn't normal.

Seriously, I posted a screen cap back in Oct or Nov proving this. I think it had to be manually unlocked for someone's account. I emailed several times to get paypal access for buying anniversary packs. Unfortunately, I bought most of my shares with BTC and only a few with paypal. Turns out paypal is of no help anyway. The reason I bring this up now is it adds some rationale for delaying the collapse of LTCgear just long enough to keep people like me from filing charge backs (even though they are very small amounts compared to the BTC I invested).

For those of you who also used paypal or any other means of payment, now is the time to start the dispute process. It does not look like it is going anywhere on my side but maybe others will have better luck.

I don't think it would even make a dent if he honored all charge back disputes via PayPal. And if I was him I would require you to return all payouts via some escrow...

He isn't responding to chargebacks since they are a waste of time. It's worth his time to work instead of trying to spend hours and hours compiling information that the outsourced chargeback agents won't even look at.

It's a digital product, you won't get anything from PayPal on that.
