Oh ok, thanks, thats good to know. I unforunately did the same. I thought I had some more BTC, but had to buy them and didn't get them instantly. Once Chris is caught up, and my BTC come in, maybe he'll honor the pricing. If not, glad I got at least one of my orders through. Every time I'm tempted to buy some hash power I look at the site and everything is out of stock.
I was able to get 160MH today, i had tried last night and many times this morning and finnaly got through. My order shows processing, and it does account that my shares are there. Not sure why there's such unavailbility unless there is a manual process on the back end for getting set up, and they just would rather have you wait in cue. Would like to get some more MH, but seeing the out of stock again... guess i'll wait I think there might be some bots auto-buying up the shares. I had a scrypt running every minute today for 3 hours and was alerted several times the page changed. I got there and hit the add to cart only to get to the next page and have it be unavailable. Yeah, they are -201 and growing in stock right now of the 160Mh stock. I think they're backlog is overwhelming them now. Assuming everyone used the coupon code and bitcoin, thats around $170k. Wow. Hope that LTCgear is ok on the back end It was -600 two weeks ago and -900 last week.  But a lot of these are ghost orders, like people reserve shares for themselves before deciding to buy or not. Don't do this. You do Chris a favor by not wasting time to solve on-hold order again. |

Man, this sucks! I bought 2 of the anniversary specials over 2 days ago and the order says On-Hold still!!! I checked and the full payment was sent, not short any coin at all. Guess I am screwed. I emailed him and submitted the support form too, but nothing. No multiplication for me I guess.

I sent another email just Monday and was resolved by Tues afternoon. I made sure to put in 'on-hold' or on-hold in the text and he responded to me very quickly. After reading his post I sent a new email and was resolved rather quickly. |
