I moved from hashhot to best-pool.   
Getting better hash rate and shares there than I was on hashot.  Plus I lost about 1/2 day of hashing when the pool went down and I didn't catch it right away.
 
Only problem I had on best-pool was the registration process was not smooth. It took a few tries to get a successful registration as it kept timing out.

I have been in best-pool for over 24 hours with no problems. The site was loading slow for me (every once in a while timing out) but is workng better now and even when I had issues with site the mining continued without a hitch.
