Quite quiet here, so... let's say I'd like to buy some SuperNET assets. Why should I do that? Is it some kind of crowdfunding for this project? I read a few posts, but I think I much more understand David Lynch's films than all this.

Various reasons. Supporting the idea, the project. Or just for trading or the dividends. Right now it pays asset dividends once in a while. Future plans are it will pay regular dividends as soon as some of the SuperNET related projects (like Pangea Poker) start generating income. Which, admittedly, is taking a looong time now. Patience is a virtue. Have a look at these charts: https://nxtforum.org/nxt-promotion/graphs-charts-and-infographics-by-audo/

yes, but slowly. If you follow the SN slack for a while you quickly get a sense of the magnitude of what's being developed, and that's why it's quiet here (everybody is in slack), and why there are delays. SuperNET is probably one of only 5 alt coins that might be household names (like youtube, facebook, google etc) in 5 years time. That also explains the FUD from trolls like iCEBREAKER

Thanks for reply; I saw the second graph some time ago, it's just too overcomplicated . And just fyi - project without deadline is dead project. Is there also any time sheet for those projects? Threads for many of them seems dead (for xmpl - Jay). Quite quiet here, so... let's say I'd like to buy some SuperNET assets. Why should I do that?

Lol, thanks! For the honerable mention. My first reaction was to call you a douchebag, or think of some clever way to work douchebag into sentence. Something like, i'd make you a cereal image but i can't find any that rhyme with douchebag. But then i realized there was a douchebag cereal. So consider yourself on notice for a douchebag cereal meme mister icepick. Oh, and you might want to watch your sugar level, it is most likely you are a little low hence your douchebag attitude. Or i guess your general douchebag attitude could be a thyroid problem? I don't know, might want to get your health checked out, being a real douchebag is probably a sympton of a much larger problem. is supernest still taking over the world???

What wrong with SuperNet? It was top 50 at coinmarketcap but at the top 300 now Market fickleness; it's that simple. We're in the arena of highly speculative assets: inevitably, emotion and faddishness predominate in assessing its (future) value. Really, this kind of fickleness is inevitable because no-one can predict the future. Add to that the fact that there's no revenue data at all, and you've got a "valuation vacuum" that's filled by hope and embitterment, hype and trash-talk. The only hard data we have at this point is the coding that James and others have done; that's the pole-star that Supernet supporters like me are using [ or clinging to ] But even then, there's many a slip 'tween the coding cup and the revenue lip. And some folks, after choosing to interpret a timeline as hard data [it never is, given Murphy's Law], get rattled when a project takes longer than originally thought. And again, emotion fills the valuation vacuum.... In a very real way, Supernet is a real-world case study of why "highly speculative assets" are such refractory beasts.

What wrong with SuperNet? It was top 50 at coinmarketcap but at the top 300 now The problem is SuperNet does nothing useful and probably never will. Shapeshift makes SuperNet irrelevant right now. Ethereum makes SuperNet irrelevant forever.

Have you looked up the position on Coinmarketcap.com? i guess so. Sometimes, if not all prices of exchanges could be retrieved, then CMC is staggering a coin's or an asset's position extremely. i faced this problems different time especially with Qora or Mintcoin. What wrong with SuperNet? It was top 50 at coinmarketcap but at the top 300 now
