Bit quiet on the block front with Solo
"Only" been averaging 1PH with all 3 pools combined. That will only find a block every 4 days on average. I was lucky and got back in. Is the stats still down?
It's up, you just have to wait for your DNS to update to the new gateway. |

Which server is working 100% ? I'll try my luck with rented hash solo and de are the best of the pools. Just pick the one closest to where you're renting from, solo for usa rentals and de for europe rentals. If you are renting you need to check which port works best though - try 3333 first and if that doesnt work use 3334. Good luck! |

The pool's 7 day hashrate average is ~1Phs which is about 1 block found every 4.5 days. Past 24hrs have been about third less than that though which is closer to 7 days for a block. It's tough to put an average on a pool like this that has so much rented power being thrown to it because the total hashrate varies wildly.
That having been said I am still hoping to be the proud owner of 25 virgin BTC before 2016 arrives!

Even my optimism is lower now for Sparky, my S3 1 year experiment. 100b diff really puts a wrinkle in your underwear in the solo mining game. I mentioned it before, but I've never hit 100b on any miner EVER. Not saying it doesn't happen, because obviously it does (You could do it with a CPU miner) but it's never happened to me in all my time pulling hashes. |

I started in this about six months ago with a beefy mobo, an R9 Radeon, CGMiner and not much more info than what you get from Rise and Rise, in order to learn. Didn't take long and I had a used S2 from someone here in the islands that was upgrading to another unit. That then morphed into 4 more S3s (bought with my savings over time), so that now I've got maybe 3Th, and another two S3s coming in. I was doing OK with Slush's Pool (and will probably end up going back to it), but decided I just had to try solo for a bit. I've given myself until 8 Jan. Hit a block before then would be nice...if not, at least I tried, and it's back to the pool. Best to you. |

sometimes i am renting 300-500 TH/s on nicehash short time 15-30 minutes. i try my lucky.  i can not find block yet. |
