what will be my ROI ?

Hi. It is better to buy BTC directly from exchanges, if you just want to buy and keep BTCs. Unless you are prepared to do trading to earn BTC via Hashnest.

I must agree, although I always say there is money to be made in crypto and mining if you know where to look, I have not been increasing my shares of mining hashpower or my own personal mine for some time now due to the halving.  Once that is over, I will reassess where the profitability is and act accordingly.

Same here. I've sold all my hashes. Keeping the BTCs in my wallet. I am also assessing the situation after halving. Let's keep each other updated!

Yeah right, because Bitmain would deliberately want to discredit their "partners" wouldn't they?

Not to mention if it was true and Bitmain were still denying it, Moaning Sweden would have a legal right to sue for libel.

I can't see Bitmain wanting to hurt their own business.


Still looks like MS have been caught out selling lies.

I also think that was shady move of Mining Sweden just to bring attention of new customers.
Everyone know that Bitmain is working on new mining rigs, so I don't think they had to deny, if it will be truth.

Well if the Antminer S9 is coming soon, then yeh, I think they did discredit their partners although perhaps by accident. Reason below.

I have worked in companies where if you are low in the food chain, you dont get told anything until the last minute so perhaps the support people do not even know themselves that the S9 is about to be released and so that is why they answer the way they do.

Only other thing i can think of is that someone from Bitmain did not tell Mining Sweden not to advertise the S9 in any shape or form until the day that Bitmain had announced it themselves.

So Mining Sweden were told, yep the S9 is on its way and so Mining Sweden put it up on their website just like they did for S7 preorders last September.

Why do you think it was shady?

So are you telling me that if you were in the same position and you had an email from Bitmain telling you that S9 was coming out soon, you then would not advertise it on your webshop already to get some extra business?  I mean, its not uncommon for Mining Sweden to advertise pre orders as they did it last year with the S7, allowed people to preorder mining shares before the S7 came out, so there is nothing new there
