soo this hash nest its like a small ponzi or does it of already i need to see people losing money into ponzis makes me soo proud of not investing lol.

That wasn't quite a full sentence, why not try again?

If your accusing Hashnest of being a Ponzi, it isn't.  They are apart of Bitmain and have proven that they have the hash they say they do (in the past, not recently).  No one has ever not been paid out and they have a very good track record.  Why not troll elsewhere.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Is there a website to calculate ROI or a daily yield calculator for hashnest miners?
http://nextdifficulty.com/

Thanks!

Its pretty inaccurate, you know the price and difficulty are very dynamic, plus the fact that AntPool which HashNest mines on can be unlucky sometimes.

The biggest thread is BTC diff. If the price continues increasing, there ll be A LOT of new hash in the game.

the maint  price    is stuck   at 334 while the price is in the 360's,they owe us a little bit for a couple of blocks so far. interesting to see if they are going to do something about this error  or just ignore it.

Ppl are still dumping the S5 when the maintenance fee just keeps going down, and down as btc price increases.  I know more S7's are coming online, but why would you sell S5 right now at these prices??

Yea I can't figure that out.  There have been about 2 or 3 times in the last 24 hours I haven't wanted to pull the trigger and buy a few thousand S5 hash, but I am glad I waited.  Still looking for the bottom apparently.

I don't think it is to get in on S7's as much as it they are wanting to sell some coins over $400.  Can't say I blame theme, but stay LONG!

Edit:  That has to be it as the S7 are selling off some too.

its the definiely the s7  , when the announcement  came in , dump  was initiated  right away . just gotta wait til they are done unloading them s7  , its just the better deal . and if they keep on restocking that shit, price will be in trouble. its weird that they didnt raise the prices on s7 ,which leads me to believe they are overloaded. they have always adjusted the   miner prices as btc rises.

Is anyone else having issues withdrawing coins from their Hashnest wallet?  I keep on getting Google authentication errors, even after successfully disabling and reenabling 2FA.

I am as well, although this happens occasionally.  I presume the app server isn't verifying the 2FA code quick enough.  Last time this happened it cleared up later in the day.

I think you may be correct on this--the prices are continuing to drop for both S4-5 machines, even though they maintenance costs on both are plummeting.  We'll see what happens after the flurry of S7 purchasing clears up, but I can't imagine the prices will continue to be depressed.

I was just able to successfully withdraw--looks like it was a temporary glitch.

I can't imagine they would either, but having a hard time pulling the trigger on anymore hash because as soon as it looks like a bottom it tanks even more.  When that happens it doesn't really matter how low the maintenance fee gets, as it's near impossible to get a return on investment.  Roll Eyes

Anyone have a good idea why when the bitcoin price rises, the old models such as s3 and s4's market per gh price stays around the same and not increase like it did back then?

I would think that it's due to the fact that there is less volume in those markets.  Most people are watching the S5/7 markets.

That said, markets are irrational.

i invested About 5 Days ago 0.4 BTC in Hashnest. After an Mining Event of 3 Days if got an interest about 1%.
The bad thing is that the Market Price lowes the PAyouts and i got a loss about 7$ BTC Sad

So i think its not profitable to Invest your Bitcoin in Mining by Hashnest. Also the actuall s7 are not payfull at the market right now..
Maybe you gotm some other experiences? Would be great to hear about. Smiley

The market price doesn't affect payouts, and it only affects your bottom line when you decide to sell.  Your mining will continue to accrue coins until the maintenance fees (and difficulty) make it unprofitable to run.  When BTC/USD prices increase your maintenance costs lower, thus allowing your shares to operate for a longer time.

Let me know if I've muddled this up for you or made it clearer--I'll write up and post a walk-through on the math this weekend.

Cheers.
