When btc was around $300 the s7 maintance was 24% now its $360~ and its just dropped to 22%?!? btw if price go down to $250 its goes up to 30-35-40%

What does that tell you? Since they re basically the only ones in the market with proven mining operations, they can do whatever they want.

They don't manually change the maintenance fees.  You do realize that the difficulty has gone up just under 20% since btc was at $300?  Imagine if btc price goes to $250 like you mention, and the difficulty keeps rising between 8-12% for 4 more periods.  Then you're looking at the S7 being the only miner in Hashnest not under water, but not because Bitmain fixed it that way.

Did you read my initial answer, perhaps you don't understand what your really buying?  If you don't understand that perhaps read the ToS of what you are buying.  They can be found under the "Shop" tab.  If you have more questions about how it works after reading that you can post again and we can explain it more.

You are buying GH/s from another user who had bought it from Hashnest at some point.  Hashnest runs the units and makes the payments everytime a block is found.  When the units are no longer profitable to run, Hashnest will ship you a unit (if you have enough GH/s to constitute a full unit) for a fee.

NEW PEOPLE, pls READ ABOUT HOW MINING DIFFICULTY WORKS.

In about a year, two max, your hash ll be worthless, due to mining diff increase so it does not matter if your hash is for 2 years or lifetime.

It isn´t enough to earn payouts you also need to preserve the capital. The obvious approach was to sell tops and buy more hash lower. But that meant some idle cash that didn´t mine while waiting for a buying opportunity. It was a speculation. This was before S7, maybe things are different now. Anyway, eventually I got tired of this and got out with a modest profit.

Just sell if the ROI goes over 180-200 days and buy back when it goes under 160-180. That worked for me recently. However you'll have to live with the fact that sometimes you can't have any hashes purchased for week or two Of course that ROI period has to be shorter and shorter in time due halving approaching quickly.
