I've been trying to withdraw BTC from my account for over 2 weeks and support has been useless in fixing my issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I will update this message if I can actually withdraw my BTC at some point (currently waiting for another reply from support that I expect to be as useless as the last 10 replies over the last 2 weeks - not to mention the 48 hours or so it actually takes them to reply).

Judging by posts above it looks like they might have turned scam, or at the very least are having cashflow problems and delaying withdrawals DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I successfully withdrew bitcoins a week ago. I heard that confirmation SMS doesn't come sometimes. Did it happen to you as well?

Hi,
Sorry to keep you waiting for your withdrawal.
Would you please provide your ticket number or account email to me so that we can check what's happening to your account?

Sometimes it happens due to the different mobile carrier blocking msg from some marketing numbers. Anyway, you can change SMS verification to google authentication verification if you are not confident to your mobile carrier's service.

Anyone here knows how many confirmation will it take before my deposit in Hashnest shows up in my wallet?
I tried to deposit today as I plan to buy some contracts but I noticed that the transaction already reached 3 confirmation and yet my deposit is not posted yet in my wallet. I remember loading my account a few months ago and it didn't take me long before deposit shows up in my account.

Please raise your issue to support with the transaction id. There is system issue on deposit recently and some deposits need to manually approved.
We've already start fixing the issue and avoid the inconvenience asap.

1. u cant buy it for 1520 usd, u will have to pay for 12.500 GHS right now 12.500x0.00011700= 1.46 BTC aprox, yes you could sell it at market at the price it will be when u want to sell (probably more in few month from now, and in a year probably less then what u pay for it), depens of the price of BTc, if there will be restock, and depending of the increase in difficulty
2. aprox 5%-7% per month, and it is decreasing each month for 0.3-0.6% aprox
4. probabyl it will be S10 or S11 in 2 years from now, so not for life

How you get those numbers?
Is there a way to verify them?

I just began to use Hashnest to keep some percent of my bitcoins to see what it will bring me in future. Something like a piggy bank. I started to use it only because of there was a link on that site on Blockchain wallet that I use for my transactions. But I still didn't try to withdraw my coins, so I can't judge it fulfilly.

You should keep in mind that if Hashnest restocks S9 miners, the approximate price will be about $1350-$1400 per item. It is 1.09 - 1.13 BTC. At the market current price is 1.46 BTC per 12.5 TH/s. So it will be an immediate drop in price by 22-25% that will neglect about 3 months of mining. And I would say that there is a high chance that S9 miners will be restocked in 3 months... Needless to say that in July the price of one S9 miner will likely drop even more: to $1250 - $1300 (with PSU).

It may be more profitable just to lend your BTC on Poloniex and wait for restock.

i hope that they dont restock, but if they do, u still can sell the hash, and buy back S9,...to go to polo, is to buy alts not to lend BTC, then its better to go to bitfinex and long with margin BTC,...or to hold 50% btc and 50 in mining, but evryone has its own plan what to do, buy alts with profit, lend at polo, trade alts, to mine etc...but S9 is not long on the market and its 31-33% profit vs maintance, regrdless of what the kapital is doing (hashrate or BTC price) and with current price of BTC is even more profitable,... i still think that S9 will be proftable this year less then 50% maintance vs profits till end year, so any investment in S9 for a year (this year, still cant get u in minus)....

Yes, surely you can sell your hashrate when they restock... after 20% price drop. You can watch the chart, just see what happened on February 8. The market price dropped from 0.00016 to 0.00013 in minutes. I don't think you will be the first to sell unless you monitor their site every 5 mins. I expect an immediate price drop from 0.000118 somewhere to 0.000092 after restock.

At the current price, if you want to mine till the end (2020 halving or afterwards) you would better buy ViaBtc contracts - they have maintenance to payout ratio lower than 24% and already have "days to ROI" equal to 320 whereas at Hashnest this parameter is about 450. So Hashnest is not really profitable unless you sell your hashrate with profit before they restock (which is a real gambling).

Yes, looks like their server is down. Hope it isn't the result of a DDOS attack. After all, Jihan Wu has been quite the controversial person as of late with the backdoor allegations and Bitcoin scaling controversy.
