Great news guys, hashnest added antminer L3 on their website so now there is another great step in cloud mining. Has anyone tried it already? I think profit can be much better with new litecoin miner than mining of bitcoin with antminers.
To my mind adding and creating of for example dashminer will be good and also ether mining.

The L3 has been available on here for some time now?

You got me excited, I thought they had added more stock. Nothing to see here.

You are too late to buy L3 hashrate. You need to wait until they restock these miners.

I wish there was some way of pre-ordering it, or getting notified instantly when it gets available. But probably guys living on that site will just collect whatever is available and most of us will get no chance Smiley

You still can pre-order it on Bitmain site with delivery of physical L3+ miner to your address. Grin The price will be much lower than the one on Hashnest, just 40 LTC per miner (current price on Hashnest market is 173 LTC per miner). Electricity cost doesn't really matter for L3+ so it would be a good and quite profitable option to run it at home. Cheesy

i hope they dont add anywhere soon,...they are occasionaly selling it anyway with their BOT, so why should they restock it if they can sell it per higher price on current market, makes no sence,..does anyone have inside info maybe?....and why would phisical be better then at their site, delivered in 4 month, here u can ROI in that time, and can sell the hash when they delivered u the phisical one, + electricity + maintance + noise, + temperature, + customs, + VAT, + plug ins, + LTC growth + difficulty go up till that time...soory but makes no sence either to me..

Scroll several pages back to April when I urged everyone that they will restock S9 miners. You said no they won't. And they restocked them a week or two later and eventually hashpower price crashed. And I say now that they will do the same with L3+ miners.

so what should i hold the LTC untill they restock it?,...so ill miss the 3 per day, thats 2 weeks, 21 LTC, plus hash will go up by then from here....and by the way they restock it, and they put the L3 at that time when they restock it, so the hash rate didnt drop mainly because of S9 being restocked but mainly bcs ppl dumped the S9 and switch to L3...wtf,..if it hasrate goes to 0.35-0.36, and they restock it+ if it mines 3 per day, ...eh i dont like to hold LTC if its droping like it is currently...

That's up to you. My advice - gradually sell all your L3 hashrate above 0.34-0.35 this week. This hashrate will not hedge you against LTC drop anyway and there is a huge risk of hashpower price drop at any time.

...so far they restock it 3 times, first time it was 1800 usd, 2nd 3000 usd, 3rd it was 3600 usd, last time (the third time) the hash was trading at rate 0.24-0.25 the lowest (when they restock it), second time it dipped below 0.2 for a short time, now i think it will be priced 0.285, so it will deep (if they restock it) below 0.3 untill resold (but its 50/50, there is a rumor at the end of august)...and so far it was a hedge against the drop...hash went up, + it mines,..so its kinda same thing as u would close longs when the LTC went to 50s, if u sell the hash, and rebought it back at 0.3-0.32,...first time it was sold in 24H, second time in 48H, third time it was in 4-5 days... It would be fair from them, if they restock it, to be credited in 10-14 days, so the drop wouldnt be to BIG, i know the majority wouldn sell the hash and rebought it back, but the fresh capital would arrive...that would be FAIR.

Any rumor is fake news. No one can predict when Hashnest restocks miners. They can do it pretty much any time. Remember, they sell L3 through their site at $2000 per miner and at Hashnest they can sell each miner at $5000 which is much more profitable and it is quite tempting to restock L3 miners. And current market price is equivalent to $8600 per miner.

Anyone have any idea when they will add more S9? Also what will happen after the split. They will mine bitcoin or split coins?

There should be someone from hashnest to give answers on this thread or they don't care about the customers?

They rarely answer on this thread. However, Bitman agreed to the segwit2x agreement, so they should be on the fork that goes along with that agreement. Wu has also expressed displeasure with UASF, so they may not start mining segwit blocks on Aug 1st..

Want to buy a hosted L3+ to mine some altcoins like NovaCoin and others. Is it possible to point a hosted machine to a pool I choose?

No, the hosted machines for Hashnest are only pointed to Antpool.

I'm planning to move some of my coins to Hashnest while there a downtrend of Alt coins and BTC and I guess this will continue till August 1 and while we are not sure of whats going to happen on August 1 and its not a good time to trade, is it safe to move my coins to Hashnest and buy some hash instead of my coins being idle in my wallet, that way my coins are still earning even if I am not trading.

Yes, it is safe. You can buy S9 hash, but don't buy L3 hash - it is way too overpriced.

But keep in mind, there may be some problems with liquidity, it may happen that you won't be able to sell all your hashrate immediately.

Hmm i would hold up cause bitmain is planning on doing there own (USAF) thing with the sigwit2x thing happening august first, meaning your wallet providers/core might not see the transactions coming back to wallet for a while after august first.

IMO

Were as ltc is completely different Smiley. One thing though seeing bitmain has there own btc/ltc exchange, you could in theory exchange your btc to ltc to get it back to an exchange for later conversion.

It's funny, because they started the L3 Miners just as segwit was implemented on LTC.

But for sure, I'd stay away from Bitmain and their Hashnest for now, god only knows what they are going to get up to, come August 1st/

It's important to understand that they won't just fork out, unless they are willing to gamble on an outcome that likely won't be all that positive for them. I wouldn't be surprised if they are just barking loudly to put fear in people's minds. I seriously don't believe that they will end up going their own route with an altcoin that by far won't be as profitable (in terms of mining) as Bitcoin. If things go as they are right now, they will be in full support of SegWit2X, and thus there shouldn't be any need for them to fork out. Interesting times are ahead of us, we'll see what happens.

now its time to go away and open some long positions on margin instead Smiley, just to risky to mine while LTC in such a powerfull bull setup..P, I told you the hash moves oposite from LTC, am still suprised it didnt crashed already, ... lets see tomorow..

Watch the Litecoin difficulty, it will rocket the next week and will continue climbing up further. Wink

You won't regret that you sold your hashpower (although you have deleted a post about it for some reason).

And don't open long positions on margin! Shocked
