edited : I understand now...just read the rule about level... The rules need updating: it is now 24 hours before level starts to degrade so play at least one ticket per day to keep your level. |

my last ticket was a platinum ticket and won 1000 to claim and when I claimed it I received a message that i needed to wait 29 min to claim a losing ticket and only got deposited 225 to my balance  |

I've just had the timer malfunction. It's done this a few times before, but rarely and long in between. This time, every time I refreshed the page, the timer reset to 9:46, even though it was way past 15 minutes :/

Resolved! Your timer value was weird in the database, so I had to play a card for you to reset it. Your next play will be a gold card (good luck) and I added 5,000 satoshi to make up for the level earnings, missed winning card and for your patience. Thanks for the quick report! |

I forgot to write down the ticket number, but i earned 10k satoshi from scratch4satoshis, at 2015-01-09 22:53:52 UTC
