Entered captcha correctly on the scatch ticket, but it said wronged. Clicked on the "Try Button" again, and it said ticket already paid.  But nothing showed up on the Microwallet.  This happened so many times already.

Also, how long inactive before the level starts to drop?

You'll have to give me some more information. How long between CAPTCHA tries before it said the ticket was already paid? I just tried to duplicate your report I getting a bad captcha + try again + correct captcha resulted in "400 satoshi was sent to your Microwallet.org account."

Just so that you know, tickets DO expire if it takes too long to claim them. We had to do this to deal with some extremely sneaky cheaters.. but you will typically have at least ten minutes to play and claim a ticket. Don't create a ticket, walk away and then come back and play it because it might expire.

If you have not claimed a ticket in 24 hours, you start to lose one level every 15 minutes.

Sorry I missed this! So no, there is no difference between autoscratch=yes or autoscratch=no, other than autoscratch=no is more revenue for the site because of pageviews etc. That allows us to pay higher prizes so while I'd prefer if everyone didn't autoscratch=yes, I recognize that forcing it on everyone also isn't a good experience so we give the option.

Anytimes when I have silver- or goldticket i get 400 satoshis. The last 10-15 times i didn't get onetimes 1 k!

I've had 2k hits several times.
10k hits are supposed to be very rare, and they are indeed (see proofs in this thread, they are not numerous). The site is way popular though, so sometimes someone hits 10k 
But we have no reasons to complain. Currently we can get 4x400 + 100 satoshis per hour, that's 1700, pretty impressive!

So Silver and Gold tickets mean that you have a greater chance to win a prize. Gold is much better than silver. I guess, ask yourself how many times you've won more than the base playing on freebitco.in? They have a 1 in 87 odds of paying anything more than the base; we have 1 in 56 odds on a normal ticket, 1 in 25 odds on silver, 1 in 12 on gold tickets and every 100 tickets is guaranteed a winner (platinum).

While we'd love for everyone to win huge amounts every other time they play, these amounts are all funded by advertising revenue. If we didn't follow the ad revenue, we'd be out of business and paying nothing in the long run.

On a side note, we have just improved our base payout (again, now it's is 500 satoshi), improved the referral plan to pay at least 50% until Spring and also improved the odds of winning a prize! Tickets are now 1 in 40 on a normal ticket, one in 21 on a silver ticket and one in ten on a gold ticket.

You have 472 plays, that IS a lot, but look at it this way: the odds of winning a bigger prize are about 1 in 56 tickets, so in 472 plays you should have won about 8 1/2 times. When you do win, the prizes are drawn from randomly; there are 1 top prize of 200k, 10 prizes of 50k, 100 prizes of 10k, 1000 prizes of 2k and finally 10,000 prizes of 1k. Just like a real scratch and win ticket, the odds are you're going to win the lowest prize, BUT the big prizes exist.

Most of the people posting 10k+ winners have played 800+ times. But, thanks for posting here, I boosted your level to 100! Maybe that's lucky, eh?
