Resolved. Unfortunately this happened right in the middle of the time I sleep, but still seeing the web service locking up. I may have to schedule a nightly reboot until I can resolve why it's locking up.

Old style tickets, I tried three times, keep getting the same message in below pic.

also having issues, it seems it restarted  somehow, as no more timer on webpage, trying to do captcha and theres no level bonus then says no balance or timer , so i kept refreshing and all came back but it reset timer to an hour again without letting me play.

so just refresh the screen a few times and will go back to normal.

Yes back to normal, base prize won also balance is back.
That was very unusual showing the old tickets, I doubt dhavin knows about it.
Seems to me like an old back up kicked in for some reason.

Sigh. This should be resolved as of hours ago; I saw Racey's post and noticed that the memory logging I was running had filled the tmp directory. This is where session variable are stored, so even though the site could still find and play cards, session information was being lost so it was impossible to pay them out. I logged in with my phone and manually cleared the tmp directory until I could get home just now. It's resolved until I forget to turn off logging again...

Youtube codes for my son aren't shared here, but I'll always post a new video that has a code in it here. Likewise, I post the video to the twitter feed and usually within 12 - 24 hours of that code expiring, I'll also post the code because many ESL folks have difficulty finding the code in the video because of the language barrier and I want to reward twitter followers.

Sometimes I post twitter only instant win codes. Sometimes I post rotator only instant win codes.. the short of it is, there will always be some videos or some codes published here, but my twitter followers get bonuses sometimes.

Likewise, sometimes bitcointalk gets a unique code: for the folks who missed out on cards yesterday thanks to me forgetting to turn off logging, please use code DOH! as a 'Woops I f'd-up bonus' for today and tomorrow. Good luck!

Thank you for clearing the air. I have an idea which could solve the problem of language barrier for followers. What about a 5-6 seconds of  pop-up with the code writing at the corner of the video. Then people wouldn`t have problem with catching it. Perhaps this could help your son focusing on his game rather than remembering the code since he had to have an alarm at the very first video to remember mentioning it

We've used annotations in one video, however, not all platforms especially mobile, can see them.

You'd have to PM me your play address so that I can look up what happened. Currently, if you don't play a card every 24 hours, you start rapidly losing levels until you do, or you hit zero. Levels give a huge bonus to the base payout and are fairly easy to accumulate, it's designed this way to encourage people to visit daily, which gives us a boost in unique IPs and ad revenue to keep prizes up there.
