I just read that youtube has a spam filter. It silently hides spam comments. It probably decided my posts were spam because they were all the same. What should I do?

How high do levels go, I am not sure but think i managed 102 at one time but i may be mistaken @101 now.
Sometimes down to 100 but not for long, even if many hours passed.

100 is the technical maximum. Although you can go from 100 to 101 by completing a card while you are 100, it will be reduced to 100 the next time the level cron runs (every 15 minutes) so it'll be 100 when you play the next card.
