That's because you complained. They've publicly stated that people who complain publicly will a) get their orders last and b) not get any compensation.

They've also berated their customers in general for complaining so much about the delays, even going so far as claiming it's actually a reason for the delays, because their sensitive flower engineers get so upset reading the criticism that they have to get out their clutching pearls and fainting couches.

They're not just dishonest, scamming thieves - they're petty dishonest scamming thieves.

They lied to get thousands of dollars out of me then kept it and gave me nothing in return. Is this not something the average person would complain about? Also it's not like complaining changes anything really, the machine is a fire hazard and makes pennies a day; it's fucking worthless garbage.

Very good compilation of the lies and filth that this company has spread.  It is kind of sad to read and notice that the dates are spanning into 3 different years for a single chip.

They're doing something. They're updating their lists of naughty customers who will receive no compensation.

Then they cackle maniacally. And probably go kick a puppy.

A quote from the scammers blog: http://alexbusa.blogspot.com/

Quote
My GSXR1300 Hayabusa was stolen last night - 15 March 2009 around 20:00 - 23:00 from Reading, Berkshire, UK.

This motorcycle is 9 years old and has a more sentimental value than an actual sell value. For this reason I'm offering a reward of:

500GBP to anybody that will supply information that will lead to its undamaged recovery
and another 500GBP if based on the information you've provided the thief is caught and brought to justice

Please call 0794-795.78.98 (Alex) or Thames Valley Police at 0845-850.55.05, press 1 and quote crime reference EA3298499/09

The frame number of the bike is JS1A1111200108149.

If anybody offers to sell any GSXR1300 Hayabusa parts in Reading and has no papers, please give me a ring; it might be my motorcycle.

Fucking cunt complains about his bike being stolen, what a hypocrite!

What about the thousands of dollars you stole from me, those thousands cost me more than your shitty bike. Not only that you got your bike back.

Quoting because I want a quick reference copy, there are a few other status updates that it would be interesting to get back into this timeline, basically the outright fraudulent lies, like stating they're still on track for delivery which I believe they said a matter of days before they announced the delay. Also, the posts stating that he'll match the Price PerGHs on shipping, does anyone have the timestamped sources for these to hand?

You forgot a few:

From an e-mail received on February 12, 2014:

"We confirm that the tapeout of the chip is scheduled to take place on 20 February 2014 and we are confident that the Batch 1 products will start shipping on 30th of April 2014. The estimated dispatch window of the whole batch is expected to be between 7 to 9 working days. "

From an e-mail received on April 23, in response to my refund request (submitted April 14):

"Thank you for sending us the required information.
The date for all FIAT refunds is after Mid May. We will be able to issue refunds after we start shipping our products as at that time we can allocate personnel to process this type of refunds. We will do our best to start FIAT refunds at an earlier date if we will have available personnel."

From an e-mail on August 14:

"we cannot afford to send refunds as we've spent all money to purchase parts required to build the miners."
but...
"We would like to offer to ship you ASICs instead and we can dispatch them immediately.
We exchange 120 ASICs for 1 x3 or 7 ASICs for 1 x1."

As I've pointed out several times, IF THEY GIVE US NAKED CHIPS, THEY'D STILL BE STUCK WITH ALL THE PARTS REQUIRED TO BUILD THE MINERS.

And the best one of all, November 15, 2014:

"Your ticket [my refund ticket from April] has been automatically closed as it's older than 30 days."

That's an awesome quote, because as of Jan 2014 the delay was supposedly the fab, not anything to do with "user experience".

I just received a notification telling me that my refund request ticket from April 2014, which the criminals at BlackArrow Software closed in mid-November because it's older than 30 days, has now been closed by the criminals at BlackArrow Software because it's older than 30 days.

That explains all the delays: time warps.

My email has been swamped... as well as tickets. Good chance it got lost.
I will be offering as much of a refund policy as possible, If the order has not been sent off to BA yet, I offer 100% refunds. As far as late shipments, that is something that I will have to think about as we get closer to release date.
Well when would the order be sent off to BA after you receive the payment?
And I'd really like a good answer on the late shipment thing to help solidify my purchase.

How's Matt doing with those refunds?
